Sunday Inspiration

Happy Sunday!  Here is some crafty inspiration for this week.

Sympathy cards are not easy to make considering the occasion.  I decided to keep a few on hand since it is usually short notice when I need one.  This is the May 2014 Layers of Life from Unity Stamp Company.  I used Antique Linen and Tattered Rose distress ink to color the paper.  Sentiment is from Inspired by Stamping (retired).  May Arts Ribbon.
Hope your Sunday is a blessed one!

Happy Crafting!

Inspired By Stamping Sympathy Card

I'm here with some Design Team inspiration for Inspired by Stamping.  It is always a tough time when I have to make a sympathy card.  A dear friend from our Bible study classes passed away very suddenly.  This card is for her husband, who was also part of our Bible study class.

Inspired by Stamping, All Year Wishes, Butterfly Wings, Sympathy Card

I added a sentiment to the inside left leaving room on the right for a hand written personal note.

Inspired By Stamping, Everyday Greetings, Butterfly Wings, Sympathy card inside,

For the front of the card I used a page from the Spring Lilacs 6x6 paper pad and stamped the butterflies from the Butterfly Wings set on it after sponging with blue and brown ink.  I mounted it behind vanilla cardstock with a diecut opening with piercing around the diecut.  Sympathy sentiment is from the All Year Wishes set.  The inside sentiment is from the Everyday Greetings set

I am adding this to the Happy Little Stampers Sketch Challenge.
