Hope you are all having a lovely weekend.  Today's card is one I made for my friend Jo whose birthday was on Friday.  Very different to my usual cute cards but this is definitely Jo's style.  The image is from the Creative Expressions 'Party Ladies' stamp set.

I had a lovely day yesterday ... popped round to Jo's with her card and present and then we went to Dunelm Mill where I found the perfect duvet set and curtains for our bedroom. I have been looking the last couple of weeks but nothing really caught my eye until I saw these. Just waiting for the bedroom furniture now ... looking forward to seeing it all finished :-)

Crafty Calendar Challenge DT Card

Good afternoon

Hope you are all well and enjoying the weekend.  We had a light rain shower here this morning but it's fine and dry again now.  To be honest as much as I love the sunshine we are really in need of rain in this part of the UK.

A new challenge has been set at the Crafty Calendar Challenge.  It is Caroline's turn to set the challenge and because it's her dad's birthday this month and they call him Ted the challenge is Teddy Bears.

There are a few changes over at the Crafty Calendar Challenge.  Sadly due to other committments Liz and Pauline have decided to step down from the team.  Also I have decided to step down from running the challenge. Good morning

I am an early bird today ... have been up since 4.30 am!  The wind woke me up and then I couldn't get back to sleep so decided to get up and catch up with a few jobs.

It's the first Saturday of the month so that means a new challenge has been set at Crafty Calendar Challenge.  This month it was Ruth's choice and she has chosen 'Love'.  Our sponsor is the fabulous Squiggle Stamps and the prize is a £15 gift voucher.  The design team were very lucky to be provided with some digi images and I have used Fairy Wishes.

Last Sunday I went to the Sincerely Yours craft show at Thetford Leisure Centre with my mum and this cute Martha Stewart ladybug border punch fell into my basket along with the matching corner punch.  No idea how that happened lol!  If the punches are used together you can punch around the page but I haven't tried it yet.  Anyway I thought this punch would be perfect to use with this sweet Digital Ink image.
