Membership Wednesday ~ May 2026 KOM Odds, Ends & Adorable ~ Oh, Baby ~ Unity Stamp Co.

Hello there crafty friend!
Happy Membership Wednesday! I needed a quick baby card so I inked up the cute baby from this month's KOM called Odds, Ends & Adorable. I'm not sure what the gender is so I thought a cute monochromatic card in browns would work.

I stamped the adorable baby using Black Amalgam ink from Gina K. Designs. I colored the baby with a handful of Copic markers and fussy cut it leaving a white border. Once I was done coloring, I drew some small hearts on the blanket with a Sakura White Gelly Roll pen.

Copic markers used:
Skin: E000, E00, E11, R00, R20
Eyes: B00, B02
Swaddling Blanket: E21, E23, E25
Safety Pin / Ground: C0, C2, C5

I paired up the cute baby with the Boho Baby Bear {paper pack}. Love all of the cute patterns in this paper pack... perfect for a baby card!

I found inspiration for my design from a past {BYSHC} sketch 1. I had fun mixing up the patterns in the paper for my layers. And my mat layers are all Chocolate Chip card stock from Stampin' Up.

Instead of the circle element, I die cut the teddy bear pattern paper using a die from the Dashes and Frills Hearts Die Set. I popped up the baby, sentiment and the heart using foam tape.

Here's a look at the Kit of the Month membership stamps.

This cute stamp is also available separately in the Oh, Baby stamps.

That's it for me today! I hope you've been INKspired to play with your membership stamps!
Have a fabulous day!

Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch 43 ~ Goat To Be ~ Unity Stamp Co.

 Hello there crafty friend!
Today I'm sharing my first card for the new Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch Challenge 43 in the Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Facebook group. A punny card!! I love to laugh so I'm pretty sure that's why I'm drawn to the hilarious stamps over at Unity.

I inked up the super cute goat from the Goat To Be stamps. I die cut it using a die from the Scallops & Circles {nesting dies}. I colored it up with the following Copic markers.

Goat: E000, E21, E23, E25, C0, C2, R00, R20
Horns: E70, E71
Grass: G00, G21
Sky: B000, B00, Colorless Blender {around the edges}

I paired up Mr. Goat with the Raindrop Serenade {paper pack}. I had a bunch of 2" wide scraps that were just perfect for this sketch!

Here's a look at the fun sketch for Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch Challenge 43. The sketch, as always, is meant to inspire not require. So let the sketch lead in your design, but don't feel limited by it. Okay. I want to point out something here... if you look at the top left corner I made a note there that you can use sun rays OR paper scraps. By sun rays I mean a stencil that you can blend your sun rays on the background. Or like I did, you can cut up some pattern paper scraps. Or even some card stock scraps.

And here's a look at my background. Not a perfect sun ray, but since the circle covers the corner it works! I just cut a 4-1/4 x 5-1/2" piece of card stock for my card front and adhered my scraps to it. I guess I could have just done that to a card base now that I'm thinking of it. Huh. I will next time. Ummm... while cutting my strips I just used a pencil and drew the angle I wanted for the next ray and then cut it using my Tim Holtz Tonic Guillotine Comfort Paper Trimmer. Easy peasy! This left me with some angled scraps that I just might use for an upcoming card for this sketch.

I temporarily secured the circle to the bottom corner with some washi tape and then I cut off the edges of the circle using the card front as a guide. I adhered the sentiment to the circle and then popped them up using foam tape. I sure hope you can find time to play along with the sketch challenge. Have an INKriffic week!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Membership Wednesday ~ May 2026 KOM Odds, Ends & Adorable ~ Still Kickin' with Look Up Pup ~ Unity Stamp Co.

Hello there crafty friend!
Happy Membership Wednesday! I needed a couple birthday cards so I inked up the cute donkey from this month's KOM called Odds, Ends & Adorable. But I also needed a card for my son's birthday and since the Look Up Pup looks just like our dog... it just made sense to ink him up too.

I stamped both of these cuties using Black Amalgam ink from Gina K. Designs. I also stamped the donkey's hat a second time and fussy cut it so I could pop it on top of the cute pup. The sentiment is from the KOM. I stamped it twice and trimmed it and they are both popped up on the cards with foam tape.

I paired up these cuties with the Oh Hey! It's Your Day! {paper pack}. I die cut the pattern papers using dies from the Zig-Zag Rectangles {nesting dies}.

Copic markers used:
Donkey: E000, E00, E11, R00, R20, C0, C2, C3
Hat: BG10, BG15, R20, R14, R27, Y11, Y15, YG11, YG23

Copic markers used:

Eyes: E000, E15, C0, C2

Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch 42 ~ Mermaid Kelly ~ Sweet November Stamps

 Hello there crafty friend!
Today I'm sharing more inspiration for the Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch Challenge 42 in the Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Facebook group. Another fun MerMay card! YAY!

I used a beautiful mermaid digital stamp that I got from Sweet November Stamps called Mermaid Kelly. I can't seem to find her on the website so I'm not if she was a freebie or something. But there's a bunch of other fabulous mermaids on the website if you want to check it out! I resized Mermaid Kelly in a Word Document and then printed her off. She didn't come with a sentiment and I couldn't find one that I liked so I went without.

Copic markers used:
Skin: E000, E00, E11, R00, R20
Lips: R20, R32
Hair: Y21, E43
Tail: V000, V12, V15, RV10, RV02
Painting: YG11, G14, R20, R14, YR20, YR15, Y11, Y15, V15, B000
Rock: C0, C2, C3, C5, Colorless Blender
Sky: B000, B00

I paired up the beautiful mermaid with the pretty mermaid papers I used last week called Let's Be Mermaids paper pack from Echo Park Paper Co. I've had these in my stash for such a long time. I have some larger pieces in the pack so I'm not sure if I'll get it finished off this month but I'm going to try!

Here's a look at the fun sketch for Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch Challenge 42. The sketch, as always, is meant to inspire not require. I used a stitched die for my focal image this time and colored a simple scene on the panel. The die is called A2 Lacy Layers Die from Waffle Flower.

I added a few pink sequins to finish off the card. I sure hope you can find time to play along with the sketch challenge. Have an INKriffic day!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Off Your List Birthday Card ~ Dramatics ~ Unity Stamp Co.

Hello there crafty friend!
Today I'm sharing a funny birthday card with a fabulous new stamp from Unity called Dramatics. The sentiments are amazing!! I am in love!

I inked up the gorgeous gal and the sentiment from the Dramatics stamps and colored her up with Copic markers. I then die cut her using the largest die from the Scallops & Rectangles {nesting dies}. I wanted more of a vintage look so I distressed the edges of the panel with some Vintage Photo Distress Ink.

Copic markers used:
Skin: E000, E00, E11
Lips: R14
Dress: BG70, BG01, BG72, R20, R14
Cake: Y15, Y38
Plate: R20, R14
Candles: BG72, Y15, Y38

I used some scraps from my Oh Hey! It's Your Day! {paper pack}. I used two larger scraps for the background layer and then a polka dot scrap for the edge. I die cut that piece and then tore the right side. Keeping with the vintage vibe, I distressed the papers to give them an aged look.

I forgot to color her nails! Oh man... I'll do that now. Just imagine they are red! LOL! Isn't she just fabulous?! Love, love, love!

Membership Wednesday ~ May 2026 BOM Open Skies ~ Unity Stamp Co.

Hello there crafty friend!
Happy Membership Wednesday! So I couldn't help but ink up the beautiful horse again from this month's Background of the Month membership called Open Skies. You can see my first card using this awesome background here... Sepia Open Skies Card.

I inked up the background from the May 2026 Background of the Month using Black Amalgam ink. I colored it up with Copic markers and die cut the panel for a landscape card with the largest die from the Scallops & Rectangles {nesting dies}. I used a white Prismacolor Pencil to color the little flowers.

I used the largest and second largest rectangle dies together to cut a frame from Lost Lagoon card stock from Stampin' Up. You can see it's laying on the outer edge of the panel. I tore a scrap of pattern paper from the Jubilant Tapestry {paper pack} and adhered it to the inside of the frame and then I adhered the frame to the colored background panel. And then adhered it to the black card front on a white A2 card base. Lots of fun layers for this one!

Copic markers used:
Horse: N0, N1, N3, N5
Fence: E15, E59
Ground: YG00, YG11, YG17, E21, E33
Sky: BG0000, BG000

Here's a look at the Background of the Month stamp. Also available as a 1-Time purchase for those not interested in the monthly membership.

That's it for me today! I hope you've been INKspired to play with your membership stamps!

Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch 42 ~ Mermaid Anya 2 ~ The Greeting Farm

 Hello there crafty friend!
Today I'm sharing more inspiration for the Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch Challenge 42 in the Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Facebook group. A sweet mermaid for MerMay!! Yay!

I inked up the beautiful mermaid from the Mermaid Anya 2 stamp set from The Greeting Farm. This is easily my favorite mermaid from TGF. I colored her up with Copic markers and then fussy cut her leaving a white border around the edges.

Copic markers used:
Skin: E000, E00, E21, R00, R20
Hair: RV10, RV02, RV04
Mermaid Tail: Y11, BG000, BG10, BG01, BG15

Clown Fish: Y15, YR23, YR15
Seahorse: V000, V12, V15

I paired up the cute mermaid with the Let's Be Mermaids paper pack from Echo Park Paper Co. I've had these papers in my stash forever!! Just some scraps left... I should try to finish them off this month. Maybe I'll do that and make a few more mermaid cards for MerMay. We'll see if I have time.

Here's a look at the fun sketch for Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch Challenge 42. The sketch, as always, is meant to inspire not require. So let the sketch lead in your design, but don't feel limited by it. I actually used the measurements for the the focal image this time. LOL! I did add a mat to the diagonal paper this time though.

None of the sentiments in the stamp set would work horizontally on the card so I stamped 'It's Great To Sea You' and fussy cut each of the words to adhere to the background. All of my layers are adhered to a white A2 top fold card base, except the mermaid... I popped her up with foam tape. And then I finished off the card with a few White Glossy Card Bling pieces from A Colorful Life Designs. I sure hope you can find time to play along with the sketch challenge. Have an INKriffic day!

I think the hat works perfectly with these pups!

 Hello there crafty friend!
Today I'm sharing more inspiration for the Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch Challenge 42 in the Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Facebook group. A belated birthday card!

I inked up the super cute cow from the Seen & Herd stamps. I can't believe that I haven't inked this one up yet. I fussy cut it and then colored it up with Copic markers. I die cut a tag using the Make a Tag Die Set from white card stock. I masked the edges with some iCraft Pixie Tape and blended some clouds using the Cumulus Cloud Stencil with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink and a little Mowed Lawn Distress Ink on the bottom.

Copic markers used:
Cow: E000, E00, E11, E33, E15, C0, C3
Horns: C0, C2
Bird: Y11, Y15, B000, B00

Grass / Stems / Leaves: YG03

I paired up the cute cow with the Yay, It's Today {paper pack}. I just used the one piece of pattern paper that I tore on the diagonal and adhered to a piece of pink card stock. I adhered the card front to a white A2 top fold card base.

Here's a look at the fun sketch for Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch Challenge 42. The sketch, as always, is meant to inspire not require. So let the sketch lead in your design, but don't feel limited by it. I used a smaller tag for my focal image this time.

I stapled a little piece of ribbon on the top of the tag and I popped up the tag panel using foam tape. I also popped up the cow with foam tape. I sure hope you can find time to play along with the sketch challenge. Have an INKriffic day!

Made with Love ~ Just Fur You ~ Unity Stamp Co.

Hello there crafty friend!
Today I'm sharing a sweet love card with a new cute stamp from Unity called Just Fur You.

These two critters are just THE cutest! These cuties are currently only available free with a $125 purchase. I colored them up with some Copic markers and die cut them using a die from the Dashes and Frills Hearts Die Set. I also die cut my mat using a die from the same set. And I die cut the sentiment using a die from the Scalloped & Stitched Sentiment Nesting Dies.

Copic markers used:
Dog: N0, N1, N3, N5, R00, R20
Dog Collar: BG000, BG93, BG72, Y15
Cat: YR20, YR15, YR27, R00, R20
Sky: B0000
Ground: BG000, BG93, BG72

My card today was inspired by one of the past {BYSHC} sketches. Sketch 29 is easily one of my faves. And I was happy to see that it worked with the dies I used.

I used the beautiful Cozy Cup Cafe {paper pack} for all of my layers. So fun! I die cut the middle layers using dies from the Scallops & Rectangles {nesting dies}. I cut the smaller panel into four triangles and then adhered the triangles closer to the stitches on the scalloped panel so the background paper would show through a bit more.

I adhered the card front to a white A2 top fold card base. And then I popped up the focal heart critters and sentiment using a bunch of foam tape. So cute!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Membership Wednesday ~ April 2026 KOM Life is Ridiculous ~ The Hoarding of Wildflowers ~ Unity Stamp Co.

Hello there crafty friend!
Happy Membership Wednesday! So I've mentioned I really loved this month's KOM. It can't be too surprising that I've inked up another fun stamp from the kit.

I inked up the cute lady from the April 2026 Kit of the Month called Life is Ridiculous using Black Amalgam ink. I colored her up with Copic markers and die cut the panel with a die from the Scallops & Rectangles {nesting dies}.

Inspiration for my card came from the new Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch 42. This fun sketch just started yesterday and I couldn't help but make another card! It's such a fun & quick design and so versatile!

Copic Markers used:
Skin: E000, E00, E51
Hair: C0, C2
Flowers: Y11, Y15, V12, V15, YR20, YR15
Shirt: V000, V12
Smock: V000, V12, B000
Apron: Y11, Y15, V000, V12, YG11, YG03
Jeans: B000, B91, B93
Socks / Shoes: V12, V15
Stems / Grass: YG11, YG03
Outline: B0000, B000

I paired up this sweet lady with the Raindrop Serenade {paper pack}. I used one pattern paper for the background and then the plaid paper for my torn layer. I've been itching to use the mini sewing machine I got for Christmas. I kinda just jumped in and started sewing with some blue thread without really testing the machine. LOL! It's a bit messy but I like it for my first try. I finished off the card with a few heart enamel dots from my stash. AND I added a touch of glossy accents to her glasses.

Here's a quick look at this month's Kit of the Month membership!

This cute stamp is also available separately in The Hoarding of Wildflowers stamps.

That's it for me today! I hope you've been INKspired to play with your membership stamps!
Have a wonderful day!

Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch 42 ~ Highland Hello ~ Unity Stamp Co.

 Hello there crafty friend!
Today I'm sharing my first card for the new Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch Challenge 42 in the Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Facebook group. A sweet hello card!

I inked up the adorable cow from the Highland Hello stamps. I die cut it using a die from the Deckle & Stitches Nesting Die Set. The die is rectangle but I just ran it through my Big Shot once and then turned the die and ran it only partially through. You can see where the stitches don't quite line up but I actually really like it. Once I was done with all that I colored it up with Copic markers.

Copic markers used:
Cow: E000, E00, E11, E23, E25
Eyes: B00, B05
Horns: C0, C2
Hooves: C2, C3, W7
Daisies: C0, C2, Y11, Y38
Leaves / Stems / Grass: YG11, YG17
Sky: B000, B00, Colorless Blender {around the edges}

I paired up the cute cow with the Boho Bandana {paper pack}. These fun papers made the perfect backdrop for this cutie. I tore the edges of the pattern paper and adhered it to an A2 card base.

Here's a look at the fun sketch for Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch Challenge 41. The sketch, as always, is meant to inspire not require. So let the sketch lead in your design, but don't feel limited by it. My focal panel is smaller than the one in the sketch but it worked for my card.

I popped up the square panel using foam tape. And then I finished off the card with a few enamel dots from my stash. I sure hope you can find time to play along with the sketch challenge. Have an INKriffic week!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Inky Hugs,
