PANOPTICON - AUTUMN ETERNAL
Destaque para as faixas "Sleep to the Sound of the Waves Crashing" e "A Superior Lament".
I start saying "Autumn Eternal" is better than "Roads to the North". I don't really got carried away with the album released in 2014 but "Autumn Eternal" exceeded my expectations. All the songs sound good to the ear, doing this work something surreal and captivating. I highlight the tracks "Sleep to the Sound of the Waves Crashing" and "The Superior Lament". This album is really very good and the idea of an eternal autumn is very attractive to me, because I live in a perpetual summer.

PANOPTICON - ROADS TO THE NORTH
"Road To The North" é o novo álbum da Panopticon.
"Road To The North" is the newest album of the band Panopticon. I will be brief with my comments (my comments will be brief). Come on! I expected more of this new album and the end result did not satisfy (please) me at all. Yes, I do think the previous records are much better.

VESTIGES / PANOPTICON - SPLIT
Massa!
With a beautiful cover art, this split is amazing, because I really have heard much these two bands in recent years. Vestiges starts with a very calm and smooth intro that soon passes to the second track that leads to chaos. The songs of Vestiges on this record are called "VII" and "VIII", so a sequence of songs recorded by them. Panopticon on this record is not playing that experimentalism and country music as was done on the album "Kentucky" and two of his songs are very nice and beautiful melodies. The other track is a cover song of the US band Suicide Nation. Good!

PANOPTICON - KENTUCKY
Another great release from Panopticon. This album has the name of the American state where A. Lunn lives and is a mixture of black metal with bluegrass/folk (typically North American that at times recalls country music made by Hank Williams III), also indigenous influence is evident in the song "Bernheim Forest In Spring". In fact, the name Kentucky is derived from indigenous languages with several possible meanings. The eight tracks on this album are very good, and this is Panipticon's most experimental album. The beautiful cover image shows all the references and influences contained in this album.

WHEELS WITHIN WHEELS / PANOPTICON - II [SPLIT]
This split is cool. WWW has a great drone influence on the songs and Panopticon is following the idea of the latest records.
