Sic semper tyrannis é uma frase em latim que significa "assim sempre aos tiranos". Sendo assim, logo se imagina a postura dessa banda chilena (a voz contra o abuso de poder). Sic Semper Tyrannis é uma banda nova e esse registro auto intitulado é composto por nove faixas cantadas em espanhol, onde a banda mescla hardcore com crust punk. A arte de capa que bem agressiva é chamada 'Judite decapitando Holofernes' é uma obra do artista italiano Artemisia Gentileschi, na qual relata a violência masculina (patriarcado). Da hora!

Sic semper tyrannis is a phrase in Latin which means "thus always to tyrants". So, you can imagine the posture of this Chilean band (the voice against the abuse of power). Sic Semper Tyrannis is a new band and this self titled record consists of nine tracks sung in Spanish, where the band plays hardcore and crust punk. The very aggressive cover art called 'Judith beheading Holofernes' is a work of the Italian artist Artemisia Gentileschi, in which she reports on male violence (patriarchy). So cool!
