Black Sabbath chega ao seu fim (se não for jogada de marketing da Sharon Osbourne). Enfim, o fim é sem Bill Ward. Paia demais, além das quatro faixas de estúdio serem as sobras de ''13'' e as demais faixas são ao vivo. Sem Bill Ward, sem Black Sabbath!

Black Sabbath comes to an end (if this is not financial marketing produced by Sharon Osbourne). This is horrible, besides the four studio tracks being the leftovers from the album ''13'' and the other tracks are live. No Bill Ward, No Black Sabbath!

"13" é o álbum lançado em 2013 com 3/4 dos membros da Black Sabbath, pois Bill Ward não participa. Eu gostei do resultado desse disco, pois eu esperava muito menos, ou seja, me surpreendeu. Escutando bastante, eu notei que em alguns momentos lembram os álbuns da carreira solo do Ozzy nos anos 90 (sem as firulas do Zakk Wylde) e em outros bem Black Sabbath mesmo. Independente disso, músicas muito fodas foram feitas para esse trabalho, como, "End of the Beginning" com excelentes guitarras de Tony Iommi; "God is Dead?" a primeira faixa ouvida e com grande destaque pra Geezer Butler; "Zeitgeist" faixa suave e acústica, lembrando bastante "Planet Caravan"; "Damaged Soul" faixa bem ao estilo sabbatiano e "Dear Father" com os riffs mais pesados desse álbum. "13" está massa e Brad Wilk (Rage Against the Machine) fez o que tinha que fazer sem criar moda.

"13" is the album released in 2013 with 3/4 of the members of Black Sabbath, because Bill Ward did not participate in the recordings. I liked the result of this album because I expected much less, ie, this record surprised me. I heard a lot this record and I noticed that at times the songs remind albums rather made by Ozzy in the 90s (without the frills of Zakk Wylde) and other times the songs are in the Black Sabbath style. Regardless, good songs were made for this work, as "End of the Beginning" with great guitars performed by Tony Iommi; "God is Dead?" the first track heard by me and with great emphasis to Geezer Butler; "Zeitgeist" a relaxing and acoustic track, remembering quite "Planet Caravan"; "Damaged Soul" is a track in the Black Sabbath style and "Dear Father" with the heaviest riffs of this album. "13" is a cool album and Brad Wilk (Rage Against the Machine) did what had to be done.

BLACK SABBATH - A BIOGRAFIA [MICK WALL]

Em agosto desde ano de 2015 eu comecei a ler a biografia da Black Sabbath escrita pelo Mick Wall e conseqüentemente promovi um bombardeio em minha página no Facebook com postagens relacionadas a esta banda inglesa, sendo necessariamente as capas dos álbuns, músicas, vídeo clipes e trechos desse livro. Mick Wall, pessoa que conviveu e trabalhou diretamente com o Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, Bill Ward e Ronnie James Dio, nos descreve de forma clara a trajetória da banda e dos outros membros durante todos esses anos. Muitos dos assuntos abordados nessa biografia já eram de meu conhecimento e provavelmente também do seu. É claro que sempre tem algo do qual nós ainda não sabemos. Em suma, a cocaína foi o combustível da Black Sabbath durante o seu auge e declínio. Quem estiver disposto de conhecer mais um pouco sobre eles é uma boa dica, pois o conteúdo é bem tranqüilo e de fácil entendimento. Boa leitura!
