Outstrider is the second solo album released by Abbath and is just as good as the first. Nine heavy, dark and devastating tracks that will please those who enjoy Immortal, black metal and extreme music in general. All the songs are very good, but my favorite tracks are "Calm In Ire (Of Hurricane)", "Bridge Of Spasms", "The Artifex", "Scythewinder", "Hecate" and "Pace Till Death" (Bathory cover). Just listen, it's too good.

Outstrider é o segundo álbum solo lançado pelo Abbath e está tão bom quanto o primeiro. Nove faixas pesadas, negras e devastadoras que vão agradar quem curte Immortal, black metal e música extrema em geral. Todos os sons são muito bons, mas as minhas faixas favoritas são "Calm In Ire (Of Hurricane)", "Bridge Of Spasms", "The Artifex", "Scythewinder", "Hecate" e "Pace Till Death" (cover do Bathory). Apenas escute, pois está bom demais.

As primeiras faixas que eu escutei desse debut álbum foram "Fenrir Hunts" e "Winterbane" e eu gostei, pois essas músicas lembram bastante o conceito musical usado nos dois últimos álbuns lançados pela Immortal. Óbvio que eu fiquei empolgado e queria escutar todas músicas. Bom, a primeira faixa se chama "To War!" e tem um pegada agressiva death metal bem semelhante ao Krisiun e Morbid Angel (isso quer dizer que não é uma cópia dessas bandas, apenas uma referência), assim como a última canção "Endless" (puta que pariu, que destruição!). Outra música que eu destaco é "Root of the Mountain" (simplesmente Immortal), onde melodias gélidas se transformam em uma gloriosa carnificina. Este álbum é muito bom e vai agradar os admiradores da Immortal, black metal e metal extremo em geral. Além de Abbath, os outros membros responsáveis pela gravação deste álbum são o antigo parceiro King Ov Hell (baixo - Jotunspor, Ov Hell e ex Gorgoroth) e Creature aka Kevin Foley (bateria - ele já tocou em alguns shows com a Sepultura). 

The first tracks I heard from this debut album were "Fenrir Hunts" and "Winterbane" and I liked it because these songs are very reminiscent of the musical concept used in the last two albums released by Immortal. Obviously I was excited and wanted to listen to all the songs. Well, the first track is called "To War!", this song is an aggressive death metal very similar to Krisiun and Morbid Angel (this means that it is not a copy of these bands, just a reference), as well as the last song "Endless" (holy shit, perfect destruction!). Another song I highlight is "Root of the Mountain" (simply Immortal), where icy melodies turn into a glorious carnage. This album is very good and will please the fans of Immortal, black metal and extreme metal in general. In addition to Abbath, the other members responsible for the recording of this album are old friend King Ov Hell (bass - Jotunspor, Ov Hell and former Gorgoroth) and Creature aka Kevin Foley (drums - he has played in some shows with Sepultura).
