A Usurpress é uma banda sueca fundada em 2010 e "Interregnum" é o quarto álbum deles e que foi lançado em 2018. Ao longo das sete faixas que compõem "Interregnum", você vai escutar um death metal soando bastante progressivo musicalmente com harmonias e melodias complexas, resultando em um trabalho bom aos ouvidos. Destaque para as faixas "Interregnum", "Late in the 11th Hour", "Ships of Black Glass" e "The Iron Gates Will Melt". Infelizmente, "Interregnum" também marca o último registro do vocalista Stefan Pettersson (Diskonto, Uncurbed, Embalmed, Eternal Tormentor e Sportlov) que morreu vítima de um câncer. Enfim, obra é eterna e "Interregnum" é um bom álbum. Fica aqui a nossa homenagem a esse grande vocalista.

Usurpress is a Swedish band founded in 2010 and "Interregnum" is their fourth album, which was released in 2018. Throughout the seven tracks that make up "Interregnum", you will hear a death metal sounding fairly progressive musically with harmonies and complex melodies, resulting in a good sound in the ears. Highlight for the tracks "Interregnum", "Late in the 11th Hour", "Ships of Black Glass" and "The Iron Gates Will Melt". Unfortunately, "Interregnum" also marks the last record of vocalist Stefan Pettersson (Diskonto, Uncurbed, Embalmed, Eternal Tormentor and Sportlov) who died of cancer. Anyway, his work is eternal and "Interregnum" is a good album. Here is our homage to this great singer.

Voivod é uma banda que é difícil de rotular, pois eles podem soar como metal experimental ou até mesmo progressive metal, mas o fato certo é que a Voivod é uma banda com musicalidade única com uma atmosfera futurista (cyberpunk). "Post Society" foi lançado em 2016 e a primeira faixa que eu ouvi foi "Post Society" e pra mim é a melhor faixa desse registro (o vídeo clipe é massa). As outras faixas também são bem legais, na qual inclui o "Silver Machine" clássico da Hawkwind. Da hora!

Voivod is a band that is difficult to define a musical style, as they may sound like experimental metal or even progressive metal, but the fact is that Voivod is a band with unique musicality with a futuristic atmosphere (cyberpunk). "Post Society" was released in 2016 and the first track I heard was "Post Society" and for me it is the best track of that record (the video clip is very good). The other tracks are also pretty cool, which includes Hawkwind's classic song "Silver Machine". Cool!

Já começo dizendo que "Autumn Eternal" é melhor que "Roads to the North". Realmente eu não me empolguei com o penúltimo álbum lançado em 2014, mas "Autumn Eternal" superou as minhas expectativas. Todas as músicas soam bem aos ouvidos, fazendo desse trabalho algo surreal e cativante. Destaque para as faixas "Sleep to the Sound of the Waves Crashing" e "A Superior Lament". Este álbum realmente está muito bom e a idéia de um outono eterno é bem atraente, pois eu vivo no verão perpétuo. 

I start saying "Autumn Eternal" is better than "Roads to the North". I don't really got carried away with the album released in 2014 but "Autumn Eternal" exceeded my expectations. All the songs sound good to the ear, doing this work something surreal and captivating. I highlight the tracks "Sleep to the Sound of the Waves Crashing" and "The Superior Lament". This album is really very good and the idea of an eternal autumn is very attractive to me, because I live in a perpetual summer.

"Road To The North" é o novo álbum da Panopticon. Eu vou ser breve nos comentários, vamos lá. Eu esperava muito mais desse novo álbum e o resultado final não me agradou totalmente. Sim, os registros anteriores são muito melhores. 

"Road To The North" is the newest  album of the band Panopticon. I will be brief with my  comments (my comments will be brief). Come on! I expected more of this new album and the end result did not satisfy (please) me at all. Yes, I do think the previous records are much better.

Eu conheço essa banda tem pouco tempo e esse álbum foi lançado em outubro de 2014. Bom, o que você vai escutar aqui é progressive metal com influências folk e black metal. Vale lembrar que os músicos são muito bons, pois dominam os instrumentos. 

I know this band has little time and this album was released in October 2014. Well, what you will hear here is progressive metal with folk and black metal influences. Remember that the musicians are very good because they dominate the instruments.
