As the title of this compilation says, this is a tribute to Dead Kennedys with several bands making versions of their songs with blast beat and a lot of noise. In total there are 33 tracks/bands such as Meth Leppard, Axis of Despair and Goatburner. In the link below you have the information of all the bands that participate in this tribute.

Como o próprio título dessa compilação diz, isso é um tributo ao Dead Kennedys com várias bandas fazendo versões das músicas deles com blast beat e muito barulho. No total são 33 faixas/bandas como por exemplo, Meth Leppard, Axis of Despair e Goatburner. No link abaixo tem as informações de todas as bandas que participam desse tributo.

VASTATION / MUTABO - OMNIA MUTANTUR [SPLIT]

Eu já tinha postado o lançamento da Vastation chamado "Vastation 7" Digital Release" e o conteúdo é o mesmo desse split, porém com adição de mais três faixas já lançadas pela banda anteriormente. As duas primeiras faixas que eu escutei desse registro foram "Thole" e "Godless" (Nausea cover) e é claro, eu gostei bastante.  A outra faixa se chama "Sword Servant" e também é muito boa, sendo pra mim a melhor faixa da Vastation. Outra detalhe marcante neste registro é a brilhante capa (simplesmente sensacional). Esse split é o segundo registro da Mutabo e segue a mesma linha apresentada em seu primeiro lançamento, ou seja, o espirito do velho crust aliado com o metal, onde a banda provoca mudanças sonoras sombrias e sujas. As minhas faixas favoritas são "Gallows", "Leviathan" e "Kismet". Um fator bem interessante em relação a esse split é a união entre Portland e Belgrado novamente, pois em 2008 rolou um lançamento da mesma natureza envolvendo duas boas bandas como Order of the Vulture e Dažd (Milos Romac era o vocal e guitarra). Massa!


I had already posted the release of Vastation called "Vastation 7" Digital Release" and the content is the same as this split, but with the addition of three more tracks already released by the band previously. The first two tracks I heard from this record were "Thole" and "Godless" (Nausea cover) and of course, I quite like them. The other track is called "Sword Servant" and is also very good, for me the best track of Vastation. Another striking detail in this record is the brilliant cover art (simply sensational). This split is the second record of Mutabo and follows the same line presented in its first release, that is, the old crust spirit allied with the metal, where the band creates dark and dirty sound changes. My favorite tracks are "Gallows", "Leviathan" and "Kismet". A very interesting factor in relation to this split is the union between Portland and Belgrade again, because in 2008 it had a launch of the same nature involving two good bands like Order of the Vulture and Dažd (Milos Romac was the vocalist and guitarist). Very good!

GYPSY WIZARD AND THE PROPHETS OF DOOM - FLOWERS OF DOOM

Gypsy Wizard and the Prophets of Doom é da Sérvia e seus membros são de bandas como Dažd, Kinovia e Hazarder. O som deles é aquele occult rock psicodélico bem chapado de LSD e demais drogas alucinógenas que te levaram a outro plano. De cara tu nota influências de The Doors e Deep Purple, o que é um charme a mais. Então, eu posso dizer também que a banda é uma mescla de horror b, xamanismo oriental e cultura cigana. Se tu curte as bandas já citadas e Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats irá se amarar na Gypsy Wizard and the Prophets of Doom.

Gypsy Wizard and the Prophets of Doom is a band from Serbia and its members are from bands like Dažd, Kinovia and Hazarder. Their music is the psychedelic occult rock loaded with LSD and other hallucinogenic drugs that took you to another dimension. Of course, you will easily hear the influences of The Doors and Deep Purple, which is an added charm. So, I can also say that the band is a mixture of horror b, oriental shamanism and gypsy culture. If you like the bands already mentioned and Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats, then you will like Gypsy Wizard and the Prophets of Doom.

S.O.T.I.L. - THE PATH OF MASKED TRUTH

S.O.T.I.L. é o nome do novo projeto de Danilo Tomić (Kill The Scum), na qual ele tocou todos os instrumentos e gravou todas as músicas. Este primeiro registro chamado "The Path of Masked Truth" é composto por nove faixas, onde as músicas soam entre o metal e o neocrust (lembrando algumas em certos momentos algumas bandas americanas). Da hora!

S.O.T.I.L. is the name of the new project of Danilo Tomić (Kill The Scum), in which he played all the instruments and recorded all the songs. This first record called "The Path of Masked Truth" consists of nine tracks, where the songs sound between metal and neocrust (reminding at times certain bands of the American scene). Cool!

KILL THE SCUM - SLAUGHTERED LAND

Kill The Scum é um power duo da Sérvia e os membros da banda são Danilo (vocal/baixo) e Milos (bateria). Com relação a essa primeira informação, é impossível não se lembrar da banda croata Nulla Osta (eu digo isso porque ambas as bandas não usam guitarras). Porém a Kill The Scum trucida a música tocando o antigo grindcore (claro, eles também são influenciados pelo hardcore). "Slaughtered Land" é o primeiro álbum lançado pela banda com dez faixas disponíveis no bandcamp. Foda-se as guitarras! 

Kill The Scum is a power duo from Serbia and the members of the band are Danilo (vocals/bass) and Milos (drums). With respect to this first information it is impossible not to remember the Croatian band called Nulla Osta (I say this because both bands don't use guitars). But the Kill The Scum slays the music playing the old grindcore (ok, they are also influenced by hardcore bands). "Slaughtered Land" is the first album released by the band with ten tracks available on bandcamp. Fuck the guitars!
