Chalkboard Card with Visible Image Stamps

Hallo alle miteinander.
Heute möchte ich eine Karte zeigen, die ich mit Papieren von Studiolight gestaltet habe. Der Spruchstempel von Visible Image ist mit weißem Embossingpulver von WOW! geprägt. Alle Papiere habe ich mit einem Schwämmchen und etwas Gesso gewischt und an den Kanten angeraut.

I like to share a chalkboard card today. I used papers from Studiolight and the awesome Visible Image Stamp "Laugh Louder". I used bright white embossing powder by WOW! for the sentiment. I distressed all my papers with a Distress Tool and some gesso.

Die Blumen sind mit einem Set von Leabilities entstanden. Die Vintage Flourish Stanze von Joy!Crafts bringt noch etwas mehr grün dazu.
The flowers are a set from Leabilites. I used a Vintage Flourish die from Joy!Crafts to add more green.

... gibt es von mir nochmal ein Weihnachtskärtchen samt Anleitung. Ich packe ja eher selten soooo viel Verzierungen auf meine Werke. Aber diesmal hat es mich einfach gepackt!
I have one more Christmas card to share today. I also have a step by step instruction when you scroll down. Normally I don't add so many bulky embellishments, but I couldn't stop this time.

Hier hab ich eine Schritt für Schritt Anleitung für Euch:
Here are the step by step instructions:

Wir beginnen mit den Blumen. Ich nehme ungern fertige Blumen. Das ist mir irgendwie zu "wenig" basteln. Ich mache sie lieber selbst. Für diese hab ich erstmal gut strukturiertes Aquarellpapier mit dem Gelato in Cherry Red bemalt und anschließend kräftig mit Wasservermalt.
Let's start with the flowers. I don't like to use "instant" flowers. I love to create my own. That is what crafting means to me. It's not only decorating with ready-made embellishments. Pick some textured watercolor paper and color it with the Cherry Red Gelato.

Nach dem Trocknen kamen mit Acrylsprays noch einige Schattierungen in braun dazu und einige intensievere Farbspritzer. Jetzt müssen die Blumen nur noch ausgestanzt und zusammen geklebt werden.
After this dried I use acrylic sprays to add some shadows and more intense colors. Cut the flowers and build them together. I love to use stylus tools to give the flowers a natural shape.

Jetzt ist unser Kartenhintergrund an der Reihe. Wir starten mit Aquarellpapier, welches mit Gesso grundiert wird. Anschließend kommt etwas Farbe mit Hilfe der Gelatos (Green Tea und Cotton Candy) hinzu.
It's time to start with the background. I use watercolor paper that I've primed with gesso. I add color with the Gelatos (Green Tea and Cotton Candy).

Für etwas mehr Textur im Hintergrund stempel ich die Music Notes von Rubber Dance mit StazOn Jet Black.
I add some texture with the Music Notes from Rubber Dance and StazOn Jet Black ink.

Noch einige mehr Details liefert VersaMark zusammen mit silber metallic PanPastels. Alternativ kann man da natürlich auch Perfect Pearls verwenden. Der Stempel ist der Grunge Swirs von Rubber Dance.
I like some shimmery interest, so I used silver metallic PanPastels together with VersaMark ink and the Grunge Swirls from Rubber Dance. Instead of the PanPastels you can use Perfect Pearls, too.

Anschließend verwende ich die Dutch Doobadoo Eiskristall Schablone und die Dutch Doobadoo Sturkturpaste.
For some dimension I use the Dutch Doobadoo snowflake stencil together with their Structure Paste.

Mit einigen Stempelabdrücken kommen noch ein paar mehr Details hinzu.

Mit rotem Acrylspray kommt noch etwas Farbe hinzu.
I add color with a red acrylic spary.

Zum Schluss wird noch verziert! Dazu stanze ich die Blumenranke von Noor! Design und gebe goldene Strukturpaste drauf.
Finally it's time to add the embellishments. I cut the flowers from Noor! Design and add some gold texture paste.

Das MDF Fenster von Dutch Doobadoo bestreiche ich mit Gesso.
The wooden window is covered with gesso.

Sämtliche Verzierungen klebe ich mit Heißkleber auf die Karte. Für etwas mehr Pepp und um die knalligen Farben etwas zu dämpfen sprenkel ich fleißig verdünnten Gesso über mein Werk.
All of my embellishments were adhered with hot glue. To get a shabby look I sprinkled a lot gesso mixed with water on top.

Die kleinen Zapfen sind übrigens nicht aus dem Dekogeschäft, sonder von einer Erle gezupft! Die kleinen Dinger sind perfekt!
The lovely little cones a not from a craft store. I picked them out side from an alder tree. Perfect for crafting!

Ich möchte heute meine Karte zeigen, die ich zur aktuellen Challenge auf dem Die-Namites Blog gewerkelt habe. Eine Anleitung zur Karte findet Ihr wenn Ihr nach unten scrollt.

Hier is die Anleitung zur Karte:
Here are the step by step instructions:

Grundiert braunen strukturierten Cardstock mit einer dünnen Schicht Gesso. Ich hab Papier aus dem DCWV 16" x 20" Neutrals Premium Cardstock Stack verwendet.
Cover some brown textured cardstock with a thin layer of gesso. I used paper from the DCWV 16" x 20" Neutrals Premium Cardstock Stack. Let it dry.

Schneidet den Holly Branch zwei mal aus weißem Tonkarton und bestempelt sie mit einem Schriftstempel. Ich verwendete den "Old Book Page" stempel von Rubber Dance.
Cut two "Holly Branches" from white cardstock and texture them with a stamp. I used the old book page stamp from Rubber Dance.

Auf den Hintergrund kommt auch etwas Textur. Hier verwendete ich den Postkartenstempel von Rubber Dance.
Add some texture to the background as well. I used the postcard stamp from Rubber Dance.

Schneidet nun das Papier zurecht. Ich verwendete eine Rechteckstanze mit Naht.
Cut the basic shape. I used a stiched rectangle die.

Gebt etwas braune Farbe auf den Hintergrund. Ich verwendete den Chocolate Gelato. Die Gelatos lassen sich super mit einem feuchten Babytuch verwischen.
Add some brown color to the background. I used the Chocolate Gelato. You can blend the Gelatos with a wet baby wipe.

Die Beeren den Zweiges male ich mit roter Farbe an. Ich nahm die Neocolor II Aquarellkreide.
Color the berries of the "Holly Branch". I used a red Neocolor II watercolor crayon.

Klebt die Zweige auf Euren Hintergrund und fügt einige olive-grüne Farbspritzer hinzu. Um den richtigen Farbton zu bekommen mischte ich verschiedene Neocolor II Farben.
Adhere the branches and add some olive green splatters for more interest. I mixed some Neocolor II to get the right color.

Mit Fran-tage Embossing Pulver kommt noch etwas Bling Bling hinzu. Ich nahm das Chunky White und das Aged Silver. Die Kanten hab ich noch mit der Schere aufgeraut. Nun wird das Ganze noch auf einen Kartenrohling aufgeklebt. Ich fand weiß passend.
Use some Fran-tage Embossing Enamel for some bling. I used the chunky white and the aged silver. Distress the edges of the paper and add it to your card base (I used a white card base).

Für den Spruch verwendete ich silbernes Embossingpulver. Der Text ist ebenfalls ein Stempel von Rubber Dance. Den Twine befestigte ich mit Heftklammern.
I used some silver embossing powder for the sentimen (which comes also from Rubber Dance) and added some red twine with staples.

Ich hab Papiere aus der My Minds Eye "Lost and Found" Kollektion verwendet. Ich bin ein großer Fan der "CASual Comfort" Stanzschablonen. Sie sind so vielseitung und total hübsch. Toll finde ich auch die dazu passenden Stempel.
I used papers out of the My Minds Eye "Lost and Found" Collection. I am totally in love with the "CASual Comfort" dies. They are so lovely and versatile. I also really like the matching stamps.
