She is Finished!

Adelles Dress

I could not bare to dress her completely. I love the look of the lace undergarments, so I instead chose to create a dress for her, but place it here beside her on the dressmakers mannequin! A pretty good comprimise, don't you think?

Progress on Adelle

Adelle is only the second flapper I have ever created. (The first being Miss Fannie Barlow, which was gifted to my beautiful sister, LeeAnn.)I am very pleased with her outcome thus far. I just love red heads, and thought she might stand out a bit if her red was electric! Her bra and boy cut panties are almost finished, and then her dress! I almost hate to cover her....So far, I love her underclothing.maybe I can work in a comprimise! Thanks for taking the time to stop in, I will post additional photos of Adelle near her completion. I must hurry now, the contest deadline is two days away!!!

This is Adelle, She is what I am presently working on, and hopefully, this lumpy bumpy body will be a smooth pretty woman when finished! What do you think? I would love to go with either blonde, or auburn hair...and did you notice the big beauty mark? oh, sshhhh She will be my entry for the IADR ( International Art Doll Registry) Flapper contest, provided she is finished! gotta run, I only have 6 days!!!! xoxox Christel
