MCT 103rd New Release Sneak Day 1

Good Morning and welcome to the 103rd NEW RELEASE sneak week!

Miss Emma has some awesome new stamps and dies that I know you are all going to LOVE!

For my inspiration today I made a cute Halloween card!

I started with a kraft cardstock base, added a layer of white cardstock and then my fun pattern paper die cut using the Rectangular Frame Die.

Next I used the Stitched Squares Inside & Out set to make the openings for those adorable pumpkins.

The Pumpkins were die cut using the Spooky & Creepy Night set and added into the square cut outs. I did add the green leaves to each pumpkin using the Cute Pumpkin Tag Die set.

Finally the sentiment was stamped onto the new Fun Bubble Dies using the new Lot's of Greetings set.

Some matching emamel dots completed my halloween card.

31 October....{MCT Inspire Me Wednesday}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another

Inspire Me Wednesday with My Creative Time!

Today's project was inspired by a few things...

~the newest release

~Halloween coming up (I know still in a few months)

and

~this adorable card I found on Pinterest HERE

Take a look at my Halloween invite and let me know what you think....

To make my invite, I used the coffin dies from the set~ Spooky Time and die cut the base to make a mini top folding card. I then layered the coffin card base with a piece of designer paper from my stash using the top stitched layer of the coffin die.

Next I stamped my sentiment into the center of the coffin using the newly released set~ Spooky & Creepy Night

To embellish my Halloween party invite, I added a simple orange bow to the top and a few die cut bats, also from the Spooky Time stamp/die set.

Finally to finish off my card, I die cut another top layer coffin piece in white to add to the inside of the card. That way all the party details can be added for the guests!

A super quick and easy project, one that can easily be mass produced and looks adorable if I say so myself :)

Trick or Treat...{MCT Tag It Tuesday}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another 

Tag it Tuesday with My Creative Time!!

Since Halloween is fast approaching, I thought I would make a cute treat container that would super fun to give to a trick or treater.

How adorable is this little paint can?

To make my project I took the paint can, filled it with some candy corn and added a cutie pumpkin face to the front using some vinyl.

Next I grabbed the Holiday Tags set and die cut the tag using white and black cardstock. The sentiment was then stamped using the Spooky Time set and attached to the paint can handle with some orange May Arts ribbon.

My project was complete but I felt it was still missing something so I went ahead and added a stem and leaves. The stem is actually the smallest of the Sitched Squares Inside & Out set which I scored and folded to make the stem. Then for the leaves I used the Stitched Pretty Flowers & Leaves Die attaching the leaves to the front of the stem.

Now my project is complete and I think so super adorable!

MCT 58th New Release Sneak Day 4

Good Morning and welcome to Day 4 of sneaks for the  

58th New Release 

from My Creative Time!

Today is the last day of sneaks before tomorrow's BIG reveal and Blog Hop!!!

Today the DT will be showcasing the new set~

Spooky Time

and here is what I made using this set......

I made some Halloween Party invites using the new coffin dies that are part of this set. 

Aren't they AWESOME!?!?!?! I am totally in love with this set and project and can see having a Halloween party just to make more..LOL!!

To make my invites, I used the new coffin die set, the largest coffin shape for the card base and the layer which is die cut in the designer paper.

I embellished the front of the coffins with a rosette where I then stamped the new sentiment onto a circle die.

To finish off the invites, I wrapped some black crinkle ribbon around the top layer of the coffin die cut and tied it into a bow. Placed the rosette under the bow and added one of the new bat dies and some gold enamel dots.

The inside of the invite (which I forgot to take a picture of) has the same die cut as the top layer and then I stamped the party details
