Stampin' Chez Moi

Hello friends, thank you SO much for popping by today ~ I hope you leave inspired to create some sweet cards.  this sketch is amazing and using ANY of Stampin' Up's beautiful DSP with enable you to create a beautiful card. I like to say, 'trust the paper' ... it's true!!!  Let the Design Paper do all the work and Voilà Oh I LOVE this sketch from the challenge at TSOT#593 ~ and will use this one again and again!!! This Design Paper did all the heavy lifting for this card....  I will be so sad when this DSP is on the 'see you later' list ((insert tears here)) This card Doubles up with the wonderful Double Trouble #131 and pairs with the TSOT!!  Thank you for the heads up on this Suzanne!  Now, if you don't have the Basic Borders Dies and the Stylish Shapes Dies...well, what are you waiting for!!! Well I'm slowly getting into the hang of stampin' in a tiny area...and I mean tiny...we moved from our home of 23 years just this past summer ~ my studio was 1800 sq feet, as I claimed the entire basement and it was wonderful ~ now our entire space that we're in is 960 sq feet! We've purchased a 1400 sq foot condo, but it won't be ready until March (my hope)...Dean figures May...I'll stick with my hope for now! When I saw the challenge at Color Throwdown I knew exactly what I wanted to do with this fabulous challenge ~ and there is still time to play, so jump on in and join in the fun The Chalk Board Technique is SO much fun...I find it SO hard to create a one layer card well, I sure think it's difficult...., but the Chalk Board Technique satisfied the one layered card for me ~   I'll be creating more of these, stay posted as I'll be posting a few more Chalk Boards ~ but in the mean time...Here is my first ever try at the Cha...

Well I got a parcel in the mail yesterday from Lil' Inker, it was m y sentiment flag ~ thanks,  Laura !  and I just wanted to play so badly ~ I had to use my new toy! Well I found the layout that I wanted to use from Inkspirations  #55, isn't this a great layout! but just couldn't get my colors together, until I woke up this morning and found what I needed on CQC  #70, thanks so much girls! I wanted to create a valentine's card for my amazing husband and I knew these colors were exactly what I wanted in order to put this together for him... Don't you just love my new 'flag' die cut ~ it is just perfect! It was so fun to pull out this darling little girl from Greeting Card Kids (love that stamp set) her words of love are exactly how I feel.... i just love you!
