Stampin' Chez Moi

I came across a challenge and I just loved what I saw! Pop in on the Paper Craft Crew , you'll really enjoy what you find here! When I saw the sketch, I thought I could use my new Framelits Die ~ and the colour combo was perfect for what I had in mind... so my starting point was my dress! Here's the challenge that was set before me  What a fun card to create ~ oh I had an absolute blast with some of my new toys..this Framelits Die is a must, as well as the 5/8" Flower Trim ~ I trimmed one of the rosettes off my stash, inked it up on my Daffodil Delight ink pad using a sponge dauber! Set it aside and created the rest of the card! I can't wait to play with this die again ~ I think I'll use some actual fabric next time ~ Here's a bit of a side shot of my card! I had so much fun creating in my studio yesterday and was thrilled when my Mother's Day card qualified for three fabulous challenges. I absolutely love the colour challenge 134 over at PPA , you truly need to give this colour challenge a try ~ you'll love it!  After you check this challenge out, pop in at the girls from  Stamping 411  for the SSC 254 sketch challenge and then my card qualified over at the  PP94  challenge to celebrate Mothers. What a fabulous trio of challenges...oh you just have to play along!!! What a fabulous two days or R&R with my girl friend at her cottage ~ we ate when we were hungry and slept when we absolutely couldn't function any longer ~ in between these moments we power carded ~ knitted ~ chatted ~ sat on the adirondacks over looking the lake ~ went for walks ~ and just simply enjoyed our time together! I needed a card for my a sweet young lady who is being baptized on Sunday and found the perfect challenge at Paper Players . The call was for clean & simple  ~ and here is my creation ~ what fun! It was so hard to pack up my stamping supplies to take elsewhere....what to bring...how much...what colors...but we managed and had SO much fun together, just like a private retreat time ~ thank you so much my friend ~ Had A Blast! So last week I went to enter a challenge and realized that I was one day late ~ not sure if that happens in your world, but it is definitely a reality in mine. So when I saw the color challenge at Stacey's blog,  Curtain Call Act 7 1 & the  OCC Challenge is Distress to De-Stress, I was bound and determined to pay close attention!
