Stampin' Chez Moi

So let's jump right in .  I just love this sketch ~ no matter what stamp set you ink up, you will always end up with a stunning card ~ you really should give this a go!!! Welcome to another great week of creativity from Try Stampin' On Tuesday!!!  I can't wait to see what you do with this fantastic sketch ~ I really enjoyed this one! I created my card at the LakeHouse, and once I got there I realized that I forgot to pack so many items that I needed ~ so here we go!!! I do have some supplies there, but I forgot to pack my Embossing Folders, my Stamparatus, my Design Papers ... YIKES!!!! Here we go!!! you can see the subtle Stampin' in the circle ~ I used the 'writing' stamp from the Ranunculus Romance stamp set and Gray Granite ink pad.  My Sentiment was from the same Stamp set and inked with Basic Gray!  Those sweet flowers are from the Quiet Meadow Stamp set and inked with Calypso Coral ~ I did have a piece of scrap that was already embossed with the Tasteful Textiles EF sitting on my table at the LakeHouse ~ How perfect is that! Today's sketch can be found at the Hand Stamped Sentiments #374  ~ it's such a fabulous sketch challenge, why don't you play along too!!!  Onto the sketch ... I received a card order just before we left for the LakeHouse, so I packed what I thought I needed so I could get my order complete by the weekend!!!   And everything in black & white AND clean and simple please!!! Most of my items are Stampin Up, although some items are retired, while others are just what I had on hand from what I packed and what I had at the LakeHouse!  I used Tear & Tape on either side of my embossed image and then sprinkled with Glitter! My second card, also a part of my card order ~ well, this one is a very loose following of the sketch,  I sure hope that's okay to do so!!!  The Happy Birthday Embossing folder has been in my stash FOREVER, and this is one of those folders that I use all the time ~ an oldie, but a goodie!!!
