Post 280: Thanks Card (Rose)

Hi folks!

I'm sharing a Thanks Card today. This was made for a Guest Design post for stencils. All the details can be found here. The process was a lot of fun. I sponged on the flower and leaves through the stencil with Abandoned Coral, Picked Raspberries, Worn Lipstick, Cracked Pistachio and Peeled Paint Distress Oxides. I wanted a softer look to the flower, so I used an aqua brush over the design. Then I did some watercoloring with zig markers for the background. Added the die cut sentiment and a few dew drops to finish the card.

List of Supplies:

Cutplorations Thanks Die
Gina Marie Designs Stitched Rectangles Die

Post 249: Card- Heartfelt Thanks

Hi friends :)

I'd like to share a card I made for a facebook GD post, all the details can be found here.
I'm blogging about them as and when I find the time.

This is a 5 by 7 inches card. I created the background by doing ink blending through a rose design stencil and then also added some details with zig markers. Then stamped the rose and did water coloring. Adhered the panels to the card base in a tilted manner for added interest. Finished the card, with a few black gems and added a few details with a white gel pen.

List of Supplies:

Stamplorations Stamp- Heartfelt Rose (Shery Russ Designs)
Icraft stencil- Rose Design
Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers
Black Gems
Tombow Mono Multi Glue
Black, white Cardstock 250 gsm
Canson Watercolor Paper
Versafine Onyx Black Mini Inkpad
Distress Inkpad- Festive Berries
Uniball Signo White Gel Pen
Winnie & Walter Essential Audrey Cutaways

Post 206: Card- Cup of Roses

Hi Friends :)

First up, let me wish Stamplorations a very happy birthday :) They are celebrating their 4th birthday. Here is my wishlist from them (Its a long list because I love so many of their products :) )
You can check out their birthday celebrations here

Today, I'd like to share a card I made using a new stamplorations stamp set I hadn't inked up yet. I wanted the loose artsy water colored look in this :)
The sentiment is beautiful, it reads "May your worries be light, your joy be great and your cup overflow" I have kept the colors of the flowers warm in reds and peaches to depict summer and the background is cooler colors.

List of Supplies:

Stamplorations Stamp- A cup of roses
Cutplorations- Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Die
Canson Watercolor Paper
Iris White Cardstock 250 gsm
Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers
Aqua Brush
Versafine Onyx Black Mini Inkpad
Tombow Mono Multi Glue

Here are a couple of photographs of the card:
