New

Not new to Chatelaines, I discovered them in 2004, but new to this blog.  Thank you to Joyce for hosting.  As I said, I discovered Chatelaines back in 2004 and it was addiction love at first sight.  My first purchase was the then Mystery VIII which is now Evening in the Park and I haven't looked back and I haven't even started finished Evening in the Park either.  I do have some finishes though, two large mandalas:

Caribbean Mandala
Stitched on Wichelt's African Daisy with recommended threads and beads.
 and
Egyptian Mandala
Stitched on Light Sand Belfast with recommended fiber and beads
One sampler:

Sampler Mystery IV
Stitched on Black Belfast with recommended fibers and beads
Vintage Christmas

Vintage Christmas as kitted by European Cross Stitch
Lots of smalls:

These are all stitched on Silkweaver's fabrics, I don't remember the names, with the recommended fibers and beads.

Mini Mandala Mystery I

Mini Mandala Mystery II

Mini Mandala Mystery III

Mini Mandala Mystery IV

Mini Mandala Mystery V

Mini Mandala Mystery VI
Rather than making this a crazy long post, if you'd like to see photos of my ridiculously huge number of  WIPs,  I have a page on my blog at http://yellowflowermeadow.blogspot.com/p/chatelaine-wips.html.

I am looking forward to seeing every one's progress on their Chatelaines and hopefully not being too tempted by all the amazing stitching!!

Hello! And some previous finishes

Joyce invited me already a while ago to this blog and asked me to show my Chatelaine finishes and wips. I've been just so tired lately (had a flu, which passed quite quickly but left me so tired) that I haven't had the energy to update my own blog or to post here. But now I'm feeling a bit more energetic, and scraped together my so far Chatelaine finishes (I'll make another post about the wips).

My very first Chatelaine finish was Mini Mystery E, nowadays known as Emerald, followed by the rest of the series. I have stitched Emerald and Amethyst twice (the whole story is in my blog), and have Ruby and Sapphire as wips for the second time.

Between the Mini Mysteries, I finished Mystery VII, Autumn Dusk. I gave it to my mother, and later stitched her also Winter's Eve from the same series.

My first big Chatelaine finish, and the design that lured me to Chatelaines, was Alpine Seasons.

The next finish was Medieval Town Mandala.

Le Potager du Roi (King's Vegetable Garden)

Secret Victorian Garden

Two Christmas designs, Christmas mysteries II and V:

And couple of freebies (I'll add a picture of the second one later, for some reason I don't have a photo of Springtime Roses...)

Bead question

I am hoping someone can help me with this question.  I know many of you use European Cross Stitch for your Chatelaine Supplies. I am going to see if I can find the beads cheaper.   Only problem is I don't know how many beads come in a 3 gram bag.  Does anyone have any idea?

I also finished a little bag with the Dragonfly freebbie design, the Mystery XII tryout as a box cover, and the center of CHG as a exchange gift:
And of course I have many Chatelaine's works in progress:

My main WIP is White Nights of St Petersburg:Misty Morning Vineyard:

Sorry for the many pics, but is really nice to share this great addiction :)

Right now, I'm in love with Venice Mandala, I saw some WIP pics, and IT'S AMAZING!!! I'll be waiting Svetlana wonderful progress pics. Perhaps I'll buy this kit next Xmas or so, cause lets face it, I have already a lot to play with...

Hugs from México!!
