Here comes Mischief

What do you do when your toddler climbs up on your desk, gets your file cabinet keys, locks your file cabinet (with everything you need) and loses the keys without you knowing.....UNTIL your supervisor calls and wants to go over some sheets that ARE LOCKED IN THE FILE? I know; flip out until your husband solves your problem by calling a locksmith. $64 later, everything is fine.

My cousins who lived next door to my family on "Smith Hill" were in a tragic accident and Bethany (15 years old, their oldest of 10) was killed. She is such a beautiful person and we will miss her so much.

I'm Alive

For the few of you who do keep track of our blog, we are alive. We have been really busy so haven't posted anything for almost a month. I FINALLY figured out how to take the pictures off of our digital video camera (not that it was hard, I am lazy) so here we go:

Another Trip to the Beach, I Love California. The weather is lovely.

Jocey's Christmas Dress. She won't normally wear it because it isn't a "princess" dress. Chad can get them to do anything and he got her to put it on...something like telling her how beautiful she looks really works.

This is one of my pet peeves but this is one of their dress-ups. "Superheroes in action" As of this morning.. ALL of Dallin's superhero gear is in a bag...hidden. I have had enough! They change their clothes a gazillion times a day and it drives me CRAZY!

The best trout farm in town;) they used poo for bate (not really but it looked like it and Jocey ate some) Sick!! Chad was the only one desperate enough to take a fish home out of this water;) It sat in our freezer staring at me with those fishy eyes and then when we moved...I threw him (the fish) away.

For Halloween, Dallin was spiderman.

What to do...

So, I got an e-mail a couple of weeks ago telling me that I need to write the history of the Valparaiso Ward Primary for the year of 2007. What? Me? I just move here 3 months ago. Since it is my calling, I thought of solutions. I e-mailed the previous Presidency asking for advice, pictures, any information, fliers...ANYTHING! I haven't heard anything from anyone except to look at the newsletters from the year. So I feel like I am doing a half-job and I wish that I could give more information but I didn't exist in this ward for most of the year. So pray that this thing will turn out!
