Bonus Card Time, wahoo!!

Morning All,

Thank you for your comments on my Wedding card yesterday and for all of you keeping your fingers and toes crossed for me.  Sadly I got a 'thanks but no thanks' letter in the post yesterday  :o((  You know sometimes I wonder why I bother trying to get off 'square 1', I always end up back there again!  Very disappointed, *sigh*...


Here's my bonus card I sneakily managed to make this week.  It's actually a commissioned card for my God Mum for a little Boy named Marley who turned one yesterday...

Daemo is actually home today, he's been working loads of weekends so it's lovely to have him home.  There was talk of us going to Bluewater to the cinema to watch the Inbetweeners but we'll see what happens...

Sketch Saturday #167 - Terry's Sketch!!

Morning All!

Hope you're all good and have had good weeks?  Mine has been spent making cards and playing netball - wahoo!!  We're on holiday next week so I've been busy trying to get ahead with all my DT Cards for the week.....I'm nearly there lol!  And I've had 2 games of netball this week - the first one which was the Summer League Final, very nerve wracking but my confidence grew as the game went on, I was sooo scared of falling over!!  And the second one my shooting was deffo getting back to normal service, wahoo!!  Lots of fun  :o))  Yesterday I spent the day with my friend and craft teacher Lisa B at her monthly Paper Crafting class.  I helped out in the first class as we were using the new Spectrum Noir pens and I'd had a play with these at Lisa's demo day.  I got to actually play in the evening class, although I did help out a bit and only managed to make one card - I think that's mainly because I was too busy chatting though lol!  All good fun and what a great way to spend the day  :o))

My DT card today is for Sketch Saturday and this week it's my lovely teamie Terry's turn to host the challenge and she's created a fabby sketch for you all to play with too!  I made this card for our close friends little boy who's one today, Happy Birthday Ethan!  :o))

A Very Special 1st Birthday!!

Morning All and Happy Saturday!!

It's really blowy here today, just listening to the wind is not enticing me to go out at all!!  But good to dust off the old cobwebs ay  :o)  I hope you're all well and had a good week?  I'm feeling a lot better now although still a bit drained so I'll probably have an easy weekend.  Still not got back into the swing of everything yet either, whoops!  Not sure I like reality lol!

Onto my card that I've made for our friends Daughter who's turning 1 next week.  Wow, where did that year go?!  I've used this card as my Sketch Saturday DT card - a fab sketch!!  What do you think?...
