WE LOVE TO CREATE CHALLENGE #24, ANYTHING CREATIVE MIXED MEDIUM GOES.....

Hey there crafters, It is Sunday today, anddddd 
Today there WE HAVE a brand new challenge over at the

This is what I have made for your inspiration......



I started out with this cute little giftbox. I worked on the background with Embossing Ink and a stamp from Christmas.....



After stamping I took my PanPastels and colored the background with it...On top to seal it I painted my gift box with Gel Mat Medium. A little star was colored with some ink and I have wrapped a piece of rope around it. First I placed a cute vintage image on the gift box, than the star and last but not least a Merry Christmas sentiment.

WE LOVE TO CREATE CHALLENGE #19 ANYTHING CREATIVE MIXED MEDIUM GOES XXX

Hey there It is Sunday today, anddddd 
you know what that means eh?.....Today WE HAVE a brand new challenge over at the

This is what I have made......


I had lots of fun making a card for a change, The card is made from "old" papers, I Had lots of fun working on the background, The first layer that I used was using Panpastels, I colored the background with the Greenish PanPastel. After I was done with that I worked on some stencils with the Light Modelling Paste....on top some Crackle ...


The decoration of my card was created with the sentiment stamped all over the card with Distress Ink and 


with the sentiment Thinking of You I was letting my colleque know that I am thinking of her with  the passing of her mother. 



Last but not least a butterfly. which I colored with Ink and Metallic Pans. I randomly placed them on the card and finished my project for this weeks challenge......

WE LOVE TO CREATE CHALLENGE #18, ANYTHING CREATIVE, MIXED MEDIUM GOES

Hey there It is Sunday today, anddddd 
you know what that means eh?.....Today WE HAVE a brand new challenge over at the

This is what I have made......



I 've had a lot of fun with making a gift . The background is made with a layer of Gesso what I 've smeared on the heart first and then when it was half dry there have taken it off again .
Than I worked with Light Modelling Paste and a Roses Stencil and once again I took it half off again.....this way you create a very nice old look.


Actually I stumbled on it by accident lol..because it was difficult to place the stencil in the heart. One of the last layers that I played with is a stamp from a Rose.




I stamped on top of all the other layers with the Metallic PanPastels and Ink. All around my two hearts I played with heartsy lace.




The aim of my project is to put it down as decoration on a table. And I am very pleased with the result. For even more decorations I have worked on 2 glass candleholders and placed some lace around them. And last but not least I made altered some roses. Made them look as if there is a bit of ice on them.
So I had loads of fun, do you want to have fun too???

WE LOVE TO CREATE CHALLENGE #17 ANYTHING CREATIVE MIXED MEDIUM GOES XXX

This is what I have made......



I  really had fun making a baby card, you cannot have enough of them in the craftroom eh? I worked on the background with Purple Panpastels, layer on top is made with Light Modelling Paste and Crackle made with a few stencils.


I also used some Pearlescent and White Coarse.
The heartshaped die is colored with even darker Purple Panpastel and sealed with Glossy Accents.




I colored the borders with Distress ink and with Metallic PanPastels. Last but not least I placed a sentiment. I really love this sentiment, in a few words it describes the truth about a new born life.

WE LOVE TO CREATE CHALLENGE #13 ANYTHING CREATIVE, MIXED MEDIUM GOES


Hey there crafters, It is Sunday today, anddddd 
today is a Special day in Holland, cause it is Mothersday........Today there WE HAVE a brand new challenge over at the

The theme for the challenge is

ANYTHING CREATIVE/MIXED MEDIA GOES

This is what I have made......


I had loads of fun altering a photoframe for my colleque. Remember the notebook with that stunning image in it? Well this is for her mother, she misses her girl that much, so I thought I would make a frame for her with her daughter in it. I did not make the image though, that was made by an artist. I made the frame. I started out with metall foil and embossed it.....
 I added alcohol inks and loads of PanPastels on it and tried to make it look old. I think that worked out great, don't you think.
So the background was done with lots of PanPastels, the inside was colored with PanPastels too,

 I worked with the Metallic PanPastels I just love them cause they give such a rich colour to your project, very nice shimmery colour. 
 
So here is my finished project, I hope you like it....I think it is just what I had in my head lol.....it all worked out the way I wanted too......


For decorations I used a butterfly die and embossed that one too with the Metall Foil. Than I just had to colour it with the Metallic Pans too....and last but not least I placed the Pennib on top of it.
