Around The House

Hello my lovely dear crafty friends. Welcome back to my blog.

A very warm good morning to you all. How are you all doing? Hope everything is fine at your side.

Welcome back to My Time To Craft Challenge and this fortnight our theme is AROUND THE HOUSE.

I have created something different again this time using lots of different techniques.

I have created an Nameplate for my house and its measure 12" by 18". Its a little big board. Here I have used foiling, decoupage, heat embossing, wet embossing, stencilling, pouring, one step crackle, colour blending etc.

Hope you all like it. Please do leave me feedback so that I can improve myself more.

Vintage Nameplate - Wishing You Happiness

Hello my lovely crafty friends,  welcome back to my blog.

A very warm good afternoon for you all. Hope you all are doing well and staying safe.

Today I'm back with my DT post for My Time To Craft Challenge and this fortnight our theme is Summer Wedding.

I have created a Wall decor cum Nameplate using Wooden element from iCraft.

This is a 3 pieces set which I assembled after doing doing work on all the 3 pieces. I have used lot of techniques in this one. I did crackle effect, foiling, stencilling, stripping. I add a  Wishing You Happiness chipboard sentiment and few fussy cut flowers to make a Wedding theme Wall decor cum Nameplate. I add a resin frame and filled few space with sequins and then added Gloss Accents to give a 3D effect.

Hope you like it and please do leave me feedback so that I can improve myself.

Photo Fridge Magnets using Gliding Technique

Hello my lovely crafty friends. Welcome back to my blog.

A very warm good morning to you all. How are you all doing?? Hope everyone is safe.

Today I'm sharing few Photo Fridge magnets which I made using Metallic Chalk paints from iCraft brand and gold foil from Nova.

First I cleaned the MDF fridge magnets base with dry cloth. Next I took 3 different shades of metallic chalk paints from iCraft and painted both front and back of it. These chalk paints are very fast in drying. But still I left an hour to completely dry. Now I took different stencils to work on each piece. I placed stencil on fridge magnet and added gliding glue using stencil brush. Next I dried the glue using hair dryer, once it dry, it will more sticky. Next I took gold foil and applied it on the glued area and brushed the extra off using foiling brush. These chalk paints don't need any varnish coz they are already waterproof materials. In middle of these magnets, you can add photos of your loved ones.

Hope you like it and please do leave me feedback so that I can improve myself.
