Heartwarming

I think this guy is relaxing on his day!  The image is Dr. Digi - I just cannot guarantee what kind of tea he is enjoying!  The DP is an oldie from Costco, and the button has been in my stash for many years.  The Washi tape is new however.

Vintage look

This is a style I often go back to - I like the crisp look of a dark color and white, with embossing.  I think you can see the hearts from the Sizzix EF.  Not so sure you can see the embossing on theouter circle - from the Spellbinders Majestic Elements.  Some of the circles cut and emboss, others emboss only.  I keep experimenting.  This time I cut the appropriate circle in purple cs, then placed it so that it would emboss the design on the mat.  Yeah!  the size was just right - wish the embossing would show better on the screen.
The image is a pre-colored freebie - I think the site is called antique images.  The sentiment could be used for different occasions, indluding a birthday.

100 x 100 #2

This is the first time to use this cute digi - I very recently downloaded it from A Day For Daisies - thank you so much for a great gift!  I do have a little problem printing some of the digis I get - the logo stays there.  Fortunately, this layout allowed me to place a butterfly over the logo - I used a button die cut to anchor it.  For the recycle challenge (Sentimental Sundays) - thanks for the encouragement to dig in to my bin of recycled items.  I think this yellow striped piece is from an express envelope - chip board weight.  The image is colored with Prismas and gel pens.  The bg mat and border punch (Martha Stewart) are from Coredinations - not sure if the color looks right - IRL it is kind of a rusty burgundy.  I think this is a great color combination.

Nostalgic digi

First of all...IRL she has a much better skin tone!  Certainly, not grey and blotchy LOL!!!  This is an image that I got from A Day for Daisies some time ago - THANK YOU SO MUCH!  She is colored with Prismas.  Other supplies:  K&Company DP, some old lace, washi tape, Nesties, and a sentiment from American Crafts.  I have so many favorite colors, but shades of burgundy are at the top of the list - I just like the richness of the color - especially with turquoise.

Be the Elephant, #2

Please see my previous post for more details.  I changed the orientation and colors, but other elements are the same - as is my story!  I find lots of positive advice here!  My grandkids think I am an adventurous Grandma!

Chocolate Lover

Supplies used:
CS, DP - Kraft, DP - two from a pad from Big Lots; Digi - Mildred (Bugaboo), colored with Prismas; Martha Stewart trellis punch, Petaloo flower with crystal;  Dandelion sentiment; chocolate half pearls (Pizzazz Aplent).  Inside, it says:  Never eat more chocolate than you can lift;     I"m not overweight...I'm chocolate enriched  (Bugaboo).
Neglected - This Bugaboo image has been in my computer file for a long time, and I have seldom used this kraft cs.  All of the other items have been in my stash for a while, but not really neglected!
