Accordion card.
Accordion Card... They are not too difficult, but it requires very accurate folding, cutting and gluing for a good result. The accordion should fold down completely flat when pressed together.
Tim Holtz alterations tag
Butterflies and trees are made with dies by Memory Box.
Stamp by Whiff of Joy.
Coloring done with Promarkers and Derwent Coloursoft pencils.
The sentiment is stamped on a tag, and can easily be pulled out from the top of the card. Flip the tag, and there's a hidden pocket for money.
Card closes with magnets.

Runaway Bird - (a Pop up card)
You know how it is when there are just too many unpleasant things spinning around in your brain, and you need something to take your mind of things. Yeah... well, that's usually when I start on projects where I'm kind of clueless. Like a card with a pop up birdcage... But figuring it all out, made me occupied for a while there. And then I just grew tired of the whole thing, so I guess I'll save the cover of the card for another rainy day.
And - needless to say - it's all just paper. And glue. A ruler, a tired brain and a tired scalpel too.
And a runaway bird.
Thanks for visiting! :o)

Experimenting
I've had the day off from work, and I've been playing with my stamps all day! :-) I've experimented more with pop-ups. Really fun! I haven't made the cover for the card yet, that'll have to be some other day. Tfl!

More pop-up Summer & Sea!
Detail:
Front:
I was asked to explain how I made the pop-ups. I don't know how to explain, I just do it... I figured a picture was worth more than words. The important thing with this kind of pop-ups, is that all the folds are 90 degrees. And also be sure that the elements won't obstruct each other when the card is being closed. Good luck on your pop-up!
