25 Days of Christmas Tags 2019...Day 18

Welcome to Day 18 of The 25 Days of Christmas Tags 2019.  If you are arriving for the first time, all the details and the link up can be found HERE.

Our sponsor for Day 18 is Neat & Tangled.

I used May Your Holidays Be stamps and dies by Neat & Tangled to make these 2 ornament shaped tags.   I love the hand drawn and rustic look of these stamps.

They sent me a really giant sized tag die called: Classic Tag 2 Nice and Neat Dies, and I used that die plus Wishing You Love stamps to make my next tag.

While I had everything out, I made a couple of cards.

Please head over to Tracey's blog for more information on how you can join in on the fun and get a chance to win a prize.

25 Days of Christmas Tags 2018...Day 18

Welcome to Day 18 of The 25 Tags of Christmas Tags 2018.  If you are just arriving for the first time, all the details and the linkup can be found HERE.

Our sponsor for Day 18 is Neat & Tangled.
I used Snow Fun stamps and dies for my tag.

Wish I could build a snowman in my yard.  Will have to settle for one on a tag.

I also made a tiny tag using some of the smaller elements from the stamp set.

Time Out #111...Reminder...Warm Winter Wishes

There is still time to play along with our current challenge at Time Out.  Our challenge this time is Holidays with an optional twist to make a one layer card.

I decided to use one of my favorite holiday stamps from Neat & Tangled, Winter Wishes.  I love the look of this stamp, and I really love how easy it is to make a card with it.  Everything is all on one stamp--no lining up or multiple stamping.  I played along with the optional twist, and made a one layer card.

Please head over to Time Out to see more inspiration from our Design Team and Guest Designer. Our Guest Designer this week is Ishani, so please stop by her blog to see what she has created for this challenge.  Seven Hills Craft is our sponsor for this challenge.  Details for the prize are on the Time Out Challenge Blog.

This challenge will run another week.  I hope you will take some Time Out of your busy schedule to play along with us.

ColourQ #321...Warm Winter Wishes

If you are looking for my CASology post, please click here.

Hello and welcome to a new challenge at ColourQ.   We have a new color scheme for you this week. and it inspired me to make one more holiday card.

I love this rustic little Winter Wishes holiday set from Neat & Tangled.  I used my MISTI to stamp the individual images in exactly the same spot as they are in the stamp that contains all the images.  By stamping them individually, I was able to get everything the color I wanted.

First I stamped the large stamp with all the images onto a piece of clear plastic.  Then, I used that clear plastic to guide my placement of each individual stamp.

I am also linking this card up at Happy Little Stampers December CAS Challenge: Favorite Technique (embossing) and CAS-ual Fridays #146: Snowflakes.

Please head on over to the ColourQ challenge blog to see more inspiration from the design team. I hope you will join in the fun and play along this week.

Two Hugs and a Birthday

It's still Wednesday and this is my second post of the day.  If you are looking for my Colour Me...! post, please scroll down or click here.

My first card is inspired by this beautiful card and tag by Gayatri for this week's Tag You're It #17.  I really loved the way the tag was cut out and then replaced a bit offset on the card front of the inspirational card.  Inspired by my CASology teamie Judy's card, I did a little water coloring and white embossing.

I am also entering this card at Paper Smooches Sparks Anything Goes, Paper Players CAS Floral, Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Spring Pinterest Inspiration Challenge, and Virginia's View Challenge #13:  Embossing--I used heat and dry embossing on this card.

My next card uses the technique taught in this week's Make it Monday #205:  Confetti Cluster Stamping.  I traced a large heart die, and then filled it in with little stamps.  Here are the stamps and colors I used.

Shakers & Sprinkles:  Lavender Moon, Plum Pudding, Aqua Mist, Harvest Gold
Birthday Bash Sentiments:  Harvest Gold
Birthday Style:  Lemon Tart
Balloon Bash:  Tropical Teal, Blueberry Sky, Spring Moss
Beautiful Blooms II: Orange Zest

It was so easy to find tiny little stamps to use--I started in the birthday category and looked no further.  After my confetti stamping was done, I used the Burlap Impression Plate, and then adhered a die cut Hugs that was built of several layers of black card stock and topped with Berry Sorbet and then coated with Glossy Accents.

I am also entering this card at Addicted to Stamps #136:  Anything Goes.

My last  card follows the sketch at this week's CAS on Sunday #54, and I used Neat & Tangled Everyday Circles.  I am entering this card at Little Tangles #54:  Anything Goes, AAA Cards #35: Bare Naked CAS, and Seize the Birthday with toppings Focus on the Sentiment.  I am also linking up at One Layer Simplicity Challenge #14:  Words, Words, Words.  (I hope that my circle word stamps qualify--if not, please delete.)
