Sharon, I think that your masculine card is wonderful, the image and colouring of course is perfect but combined with the background paper choices, it pops off the card.   The metallic colouring on the bike has me itching to try some new colour choices.  Thanks for sharing and inspiring me to try something new.

Love your card, Eret! You have put so much time and detail into it. The birdcage looks gorgeous. I love the sheen and dimension on it and the fact that you created your own cut file for it too. Very clever! Love the detailing with the embossing powder around the frame. A very cleverly constructed card with such careful attention to detail.

CMM81 | Stack It Up!

Welcome to another edition of the Card Makin' Mamas Challenge!

We hope you enjoyed the last challenge and are ready to use those gorgeous papers we know you've been keeping!

For this challenge we are looking for layers upon layers! No CAS for this round...

Not sure what a layer is? Here's a quick rundown:

Card Base = 1 layer
Ribbon, twine, fiber that goes around the card or another layer = 1 layer
background paper = 1 layer
mat for the background = 1 layer
all embellishments (flowers, buttons, brads, etc.) = 1 layer total

If you turn the card on its back, you could view and count the layers from the side...need a visual?
