Just Inklined To Hop!

It's the first Monday of the month so that means it's time for a blog hop with Just Inklined.  Our theme for this one, set by Dawn, is Fancy Folds.  So I decided to use a circle stepper card, cut on my Cameo, this shape was designed for me by Lizzie Maine, she's a whizz with fancy cutting on the Cameo.
If you're following our hop you should've arrived here from Lori's blog and should now hop on over the Joyce's blog.  If you visit all the DT blogs and leave a comment on each you could be in with a chance of winning 2 digi images.  There will be 2 spot prizes, so go on, go hopping!..... lol

This image is called Honeysuckle and coloured with ProMarkers.  After I cut the card shape, I ran it through the Calibur with an embossing folder, then distressed it lightly with Distress Inks and added pearls from Mei Flower.

The close up view... lol.

You should've arrived here from Lori's blog and once you've left a comment here, you need to hop on over to Joyce's blog.

This is the lovely Hydrangea image available to buy and download HERE.  I used ProMarkers to colour the image, the BP is from a My Minds Eye stack (I think).

Just Inklined To Hop!

It's the first Monday of the month, so that means it's time for another blog hop with Just Inklined.  If you're following the hop you should've arrived here from LORI'S and after you've left your comment here, you need to hop on over to JOYCE'S blog.  Don't forget there will be 2 spot prizes for 2 lucky people, so make sure you leave a comment on each of the DT blogs to be in with a chance of winning.
Our theme for this is hop 'Favourite Colour'.  I love pink and green together, so thought I'd colour a pink Poinsettia for a change.

I've used the lovely Poinsettia Corner Ribbon image for this one, which you can buy and download HERE.  The image is coloured with ProMarkers, the sentiment is one of a set of 3 stamps I bought on a trip to Florida.  I kept this card quite plain as I didn't want to detract from the lovely image.  I think using lots of embellishments on cards takes the eye away from the image, don't you agree?

This card is available on my website HERE.

Just Inklined to Hop!

It's the first Monday of the month and that means it time for a Hop over on Just Inklined.  The theme the DT had to follow for this one is, Stars, Rhinestones & Twine.  Don't forget to leave comments on all the DT blogs to be in with a chance of winning a prize, we'll have 2 lucky winners chosen from all the comments left.
If you're taking part in our Hop, you  should've arrived here from Lori's Blog and now you need to pay Joyce's  Blog a visit.

Here's my DT card.

This image is called 'Peony' and you can buy and download it HERE.  I used to have a Peony it was the darkest red I've ever seen, that was the inspiration I used for the colours of this card.  Sadly I had to take it out as it just got too big for my little bit of garden.... But it now thrives in my best friends garden and has done for years now.
I coloued the image with ProMarkers, cut the stars on my Cameo and I made my own twine by using a ProMarker to add the colour to some white crochet thread.

Just Inklined To Hop

Time for our hop over on Just Inklined.  It's seems ages since the last one, but that's because we didn't have one at the beginning of January.   For this one we all used the  'Out of the Box' technique, which basically means a part of the image is cut separately so that is extends past the shape of the die used to cut the image out.

Here's my DT card.

The feather on her hat are the 'Out of the Box' part, though they don't extend very much, my image should've been a bit bigger really.
The BP's are  from DCWV Linen Closet stack.  I love this stack, so have hardly used any of it.....and I've had it a couple of years..... lol.  The image, which is called 'Elizabeth, you can buy and download HERE, isn't she lovely.  I don't know why I didn't use it before now..... lol.  I think she looks very classy!  I used a Marianne die for the corners and the bead pins, I made myself.  Pearls are from Mei Flower and the ribbon from my stash.

Closer look at the image, coloured with ProMarkers.
Colours used are:
Skin - Ivory, Blush & Dusky Pink
Hair - Tan & Burnt Sienna
Clothes - Satin, Morning Mist, Tan, Mustard, Warm Grey 1, Soft Aqua, Aquamarine & Cool Aqua

Now, remember there are 2 spot prizes up for grabs, the winners will be chosen from the comments left on the DT girls blogs.  If you're following the hop, you should've arrived here from Lori's blog and I'm the last one in the hop, but if you're lost you can go to Joyce's blog to start again.... lol.
