Swap with Tina from Fleur's nails&stuff
I have for you today another great swap! When I posted a few weeks back asking if any international ladies wanted to swap polishes with me, the very sweet Tina from Fleur's nails&stuff was the very first of many generous ladies to offer to swap with me. Just want to add that I am very grateful to all the ladies who offered to swap with me and/or are completing a swap with me currently, you are all fantastic and so so generous! I'm totally overjoyed receiving polishes I have no way of accessing here and will be showcasing the colours in the upcoming weeks. I received my package all the way from Slovenia this week and here's a peek at what I received.

OMGISH I nearly died of excitement when I opened up the box!! I was like a kid in a candy store =) It was crammed full of absolutely amazing polishes and Tina also very generously included some cool nail art items and some yummy food with a sweet note. Tina was kind enough to hunt down all 5 of the Essence Eclipse polishes I so desperately wanted and also fulfilled many of the polishes from Europe on my wishlist.

From L - R:
Essence Eclipse polishes - Undead, Thirsty!, Don't Bite Me - Kiss ME, Hide Bella Hide and Ready to be Bitten. Tina also included Eclipse lipgloss in Lunch at Cullen's for me!!

From L - R:
Catrice Ultimate Lacquer polishes in Plum Play With Me, Let's Mauve On!, I Scream Peach! and Just Married. These were all on my wishlist and are now fulfilled!

From L - R:
Joy polishes in 57, 386 and 4. How cute are these bottles!

From L - R:
Essence Nail Art Twins in Bonnie and Clyde, Essence Crazy About Colour in Think Pink, and Essence Colour & Go polishes in Glisten Up! and No More Drama.

From L - R:
S-he Stylezone polishes in 376 and 466.

Tina also included some of her favourite nail art stickers, rhinestones (pictured in one of the 1st pics) and hand cream that she loves and a Essence nail piercing set which I can't wait to try out! The badge is very funky too! She also very thoughtfully included the Essence Nail corrector pen because she read that I love using it so now I have a back up! Thank you so much Tina =)

These sweets and the Frutabela bars were literally gobbled up in a matter of minutes. These Frutabela bars have got to be my absolute favourite bars. They're covered in yoghurt and have berries inside and little crunchy bits, absolutely scrumptious. I could eat a whole box every day but unfortunately I don't think I can't get them here but I may be wrong. If there are any Aussie ladies who have seen these in Aus PLEASE let me know!
I'm going out for dinner tonight with the boy's family so I did a super quick mani using Catrice Let's Mauve On! for something a bit demure. Below is 2 coats without topcoat, reviews later =)

Thank you SO SO much Tina for this awesome swap!! You've fulfilled so many of the polishes on my wishlist and I can't thank you enough =) Every polish is stunning and the colours you've chosen are fantastic, I love every single one of them. You have absolutely spoiled me!
Please check out Tina's blog Fleur's nails&stuff. Her manicures are beautiful (my favourite is her Hello Kitty mani!)and she always creates so many polish lemmings for me! She's also having a great giveaway which ends very soon so check it out!

S-he Stylezone 384 matte french NOTD
Just a quick NOTD for you tonight! I used S-he Stylezone 384 which I got from the lovely Anita from our awesome swap.
I am an absolute sucker for purple polishes and Stylezone 384 is a winner! It's a gorgeous purple with blue shimmer through it and as usual is hard to photograph. Unfortunately the polish was a little thick which made application difficult, but nothing I couldn't manage =) 1st coat was really streaky but a thick 2nd coat evens it out. Below is 2 coats and it dried to a high glossy finish.

I couldn't leave it at that so I decided to matte-ify the tips using Essie Matte About You. I'm loving the matte french look! How about you?

Hope you like it!

S-he Stylezone 427 butterfly NOTD
Just a quick post featuring my latest NOTD using another lovely polish from Anita! I used S-he Stylezone 427 which is a stunning pink holo. HOLO!!! It went on like a total dream - no cleanup necessary! The brush was great and it was super quick to dry. I'm very impressed so far with S-he polishes. Above is 2 coats which is needed for good coverage.
Just look at the colours! Gorgeous. Please excuse my dry wrinkly finger and cuticles, it's just been so cold lately in Sydney! =( My hands get so dry by the end of day.
I then stamped butterflies using Konad plate m36 with Special polish in white topped with Seche Vite. On a side note, Seche is still my go to topcoat when I'm in rush (like when I'm about to go to bed!) but when I have time I reach for Nailene Acrylic Strong.

Polish swap with Anita from KONADomania
I recently did a polish swap with the very generous and lovely Anita from KONADomania. She sent me some great European polishes to try and I sent her some Aussie ones to try in return. I was so excited to receive it in the mail!!!!

Just LOOK at all the goodies she included!!! Thank you so much Anita!! You have really spoiled me with the fantastic polishes and all the extra goodies you included in the package =D Let me share with you the AWESOME items she sent me all the way from Slovenia.

From L-R
S-he polishes in 384, 387, 427, 399 and 426. I love these colours, they're just so bright!

From L-R
Catrice polish in Poison Me, Poison You! - gorgeous purple with shimmer.
Elf polish in Berry Pink - very pretty berry colour with shimmer.
Alessandro International polish in 263 - dark blue, almost black polish in the cutest bottle!
Essence colour & go polish in Underwater and
H &M polishes in U Must Have This and Liberty Girl - I’ve so wanted to try these out!! The bottles are so cute =)

Very handy sized bottle of non-acetone nail polish remover;
Alverde handcreme – this smells divine and is wonderfully moisturising but non-greasy which is a must for me. And it’s the perfect size for my handbag too! I think Anita read my mind =p
Essence nail polish corrector pencil – this smells so GOOD! And works absolutely fantastic too. I’ve used it on my latest manicures and it’s great! It's 50 times better than the one I've been using from Morning Glory stationary. I’m scared of using it up though, it’s just too good!

Nail stickers
2 Essence nail stamping plates – so awesome!! Thanks Anita =)
Essence nail jewels
Not pictured, but Anita also included a very sweet pair of earrings too.
Anita also included some dark chocolate (YUM!) and a fruit bar which my sister has hijacked though =p
My dilemma was which colour to use first! Anita suggested that I use a colour per day which is what I will do! My 1st NOTD using my new polishes is with H & M U Must Have This which is an absolutely gorgeous sky blue creme. I don't have very many blue polishes so I'm ecstatic to add it to my polish collection!

It was very smooth to apply and I found the brush really nice to use - I only had to do minimal clean up. Above is 2 coats without topcoat and it dries to a dullish sort of finish. It was quite quick to dry too which is fantastic! I just love the shape of these bottles, I want the whole collection now =p

I really didn't want to take away from the prettiness of the colour but I still had to do SOME nail art, so I settled for a snowflake on my accent finger using Konad plate m59 topped with Seche Vite. I received lots of comments about this colour at work today =)
Once again thankyou SO much Anita!! Please check our her blog KONADomania! Her konadicures are fantastic and she always creates so many polish lemmings for me.
