Twinkling H2O at StampARTic

I made these two cards for a article at StampARTic by the ARTsyteam, and I had so much fun making them. Sat together with a very good friend of mine, and we played with the motives from The Octopode Factory. I love these birds, and I promise you that first thing tomorrow I am going to buy them.

Card number 1 is made with lots of water on the background paper, and here I added twinkling H2O with a large waterbrush. It's easy and so fast to make a colorful and shimmering background. I used my heatgun to dry the background before I added stamps and motives. The tree stamp is designed by me for Kreativ Hobby, and the motives are as I mentioned above from The Octopode Factory designed by Lily. Text stamp is from Tim Holtz.

Card number 2 is made with adding water to a nonestick matt, and blending the twinkling H2O with a waterbrush. Then I laid the background paper on top, and did this until I got the wanted result. Chipboard is added on to the background with multi-medium and colored with H2O and rub-ons colors that I bought at HOBBYKUNST. Flowers is also from HOBBYKUNST, and are from the line Mathia.

Multi-medium & Alcohol Ink

...made this card for Kreativ Hobby last week, and I played with multi-medium and alcohol ink. It's a fun way to make the back layer of my background visible trough the alcohol ink without the paper is absorbing all of the ink. I have used the new stamps from Kreativ Hobby, that came out in October 2010. Motive is colored with distress ink and water-brush :-)

...laget dette kortet for Kreativ Hobby sist uke, og har helt glemt å legge det ut. På dette kortet har jeg lekt meg med multi-medium og alkoholblekk, og det er en fin måte å få frem det bakerste laget på bakgrunnen min. Ved hjelp av multi-medium så kan du påføre alkoholblekk uten at papiret under tar opp all alkoholblekket og ødelegger bakgrunnen din. Motivene er fra Kreativ Hobbys nye kolleksjon som kom ut oktober 2010, og jeg har fargelagt AngelEyes med distress blekk og vannpensel :-)

Wednesday Stamper Challenge - "Glass"

Wednesday Stamper has a new challenge out today, and the challenge is "glass". Since I do not have any glass at my desk without breaking something... Well, I got the idea of making an image of glass, meaning the tag from Ranger with Rock Candy Crackle Paint on top of it. Hope that is "glassy" enought...

Motive is from Kreativ Hobby & AngelEyes design, and the background is made with acrylic paint, crackle paint, glimmer mist book pages and a lot more :-)

Wednesday Stamper har en ny utfordring i dag, og denne gangen er temaet "glass". Siden jeg ikke har noe glass for hånden uten å ødelegge noe, så fikk jeg ideen om å lage noe om til litt sånn "glasset"-uttrykk. Så jeg tok en plastikktag fra Ranger og puttet masse Rock Candy Crackle Paint på den. Håper det blir godkjent...!

Motivet er fra Kreativ Hobby og AngelEyes design, og bakgrunnen er laget med en del forskjellige produkter som akrylmaling, crackle paint, glimmer mist, boksider, multi-medium og mye mer :-)

Tuesday Throwdown Challenge

I made this card for Tuesday Throwdown Challenge for the theme "anything goes and the task of creating anything what my heart desire". I love AngelEyes-stamps.....and acrylic paint, crackle paint, dabbers, distress, glimmer mist and more :-) This was a really fun card to do, but I get a bit impatient when it comes to the drying. The motive is from Kreativ Hobby, and are one of the new AngelEye-stamps that came out a week ago. Hope you like my card :-)

Jeg har laget dette kortet til utfordringen på Tuesday Throwdown hvor de har åpent tema med hint om å lage hva mitt hjerte liker! Jeg digger AngelEyes-stemplene.....og akrylmaling, crackle paint, dabbers, distress, glimmer mist og er :-) Denne gangen har jeg laget et kort som jeg virkelig har kost meg med, men ble litt utålmodig når det kom til denne tørkingen. Craftalicious Challenge

Craftalicious Challenge has an easy challenge this week, and the challenge is "do whatever you like, just wow us with your amazing creativity". I made this card for the challenge, and the background is made by me. I have used multi-medium from Cladine Hellmuth together with gesso and distress ink. The motive is colored with distress ink and waterbrush.

Craftalicious Challenge har en enkel og grei utfordring ute, og det er kun å lage hva man selv ønsker bare man viser kreativiteten sin :-) Ja, men det har jeg jo gjort her også, håper jeg! Har lekt meg med mulit-medium fra Claudine Hellmuth, i tillegg til gesso og distress blekk. Motivet er fargelagt med distress blekk og vannpensel.

Halloween is around the corner...

...and here's another Halloween project from me :-) This time I have been playing with tags, and I ended up with products as distress ink, glossy accent and hotfix assessorises. I have designed the tree for Kreativ Hobby, and the cat is from Stampotique's design :-)

One layer card

Here's a one-layer-card that I have made for Kreativ Hobby, and all stamps are from their rubberstamp designs. Background is made on unstrucktured paper, and with distress ink and blending tool. Easy, but effectful :-) Hope you like my card :-)

Cute Card Thursday Challenge

"Whateva" is the theme at Cute Card Thursday Challenge this week, and I had to make a card with "Belle" againt :-) Just love this adorable stamp, and hope you do too :-) I have used copic markers for the motive, and gesso resist for the background :-)

Angel Eye Princess & Easel card

There are two blogs that has an ongoing challenge right now with the theme "anything goes", and that's the "Dutch Dare Card Challenge" & the "PaperPlay Challenge". I made this easel card with one of the new Angel Eyes stamps for both the challenges...
