Triture até que a manteiga esteja dissolvida. Adicione o ovo e a água gelada aos poucos até que vire uma massa levemente úmida, mas ainda um pouco esfarelenta. Embrulhe a massa em plástico filme e leve à geladeira por 1 hora para descansar. Essa massa pode ser feita com até 2 dias de antecedência e mantida na geladeira até o momento da montagem.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Recheio:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Para o recheio, adicione a manteiga e refogue a cebola até ficar macia.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Adicione o alho e refogue por mais 30 segundos. Junte o frango, extrato de tomate, a lata de milho, meia xic de caldo de frango e tempere com sal e pimenta. Refogue. Junte a farinha de trigo dissolvida no caldo do frango acrescente o molho de tomate até que o recheio fique úmido. Por último adicione o palmito. Cozinhe mais 2 mim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Opcional: você pode por também azeitonas, no recheio qdo estiver refogando e salsinha e cebolinha no final. Divida a massa em duas partes iguais e abra formando um círculo. Eu sempre abro a massa por cima de um plástico filme.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Forre o fundo e as laterais da forma de 22 cm e espalhe o recheio. Cubra com o requeijão e a massa restante e retire o excesso de massa com uma faca.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Faça um x na massa para que o vapor possa escapar na hora de assar e pincele com um ovo batido. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;WAFFLE (FAVO HOLANDÊS)&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;INGREDIENTES&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;¼ de colher (chá) de bicarbonato de sódio&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;¼ de colher (chá) de sal&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;¼ de xícara (chá) de açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;½ xícara (chá) de creme de leite fresco&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 ¾ de xícara (chá) de leite&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 ovos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;¼ de xícara (chá) de manteiga sem sal&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;óleo para untar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;MODO DE PREPARO&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Faça um buraco no centro e acrescente o creme de leite, o leite, os ovos e a manteiga derretida. Misture bem com um batedor de arame até que a massa fique homogênea. Não bata a massa no liquidificador.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. Unte a máquina de waffle com óleo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6. Acrescente a massa na máquina e deixe assar até que fique dourada.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;7. Com a ajuda de uma espátula, retire o waffle assado da máquina e transfira para um prato. Asse o restante da massa seguindo o mesmo procedimento descrito anteriormente.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;8. 1 colher de chá de redução de aceto balsâmico.&lt;br /&gt;
1 dente de alho pequeno.&lt;br /&gt;
1 pote de cream cheese.&lt;br /&gt;
Sal e de pimenta-do-reino a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
3 flocos de pimenta malagueta (opcional).&lt;br /&gt;

Modo de Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque os ingredientes no processador e bata até ficar cremoso.&lt;br /&gt;
Corrija o sal, decore com folhinhas de mangericão, azeite da conserva e sirva.&lt;br /&gt;

2 folhas de limão kaffir ou casca ralada de 1 limão taiti&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 colher de chá de pasta de Tamarindo&lt;br /&gt;
1 1/1 xícara de cubos de abacaxi fresco&lt;br /&gt;
2 caudas de lagosta de cerca de 250 g cada uma, limpas e na casca, divididas ao meio no sentido do comprimento&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de folhas de manjericão fresco&lt;br /&gt;
sal&lt;br /&gt;
arroz cozido no vapor&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ferva 1/2 xícara de leite de coco em uma panela grande em fogo médio por 5 min. ou ate que o óleo se separe do leite.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione a pasta de curry, misture e cozinhe por 1 min.&lt;br /&gt;
Junte o molho do peixe e o açúcar e cozinhe sempre mexendo, por 2 min.ou ate que a mistura escureça e engrosse .&lt;br /&gt;
acrescente as vagens e misture, depois acrescente o resto do leite de coco, ; raspe a lateral da panela para reincorporar ao molho o ingrediente que ficar granulado nela.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione o gengibre, as folhas de limão kaffir ou a casca ralada de limão e a pasta de tamarindo e mexa.&lt;br /&gt;
agora junte o abacaxi e deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo, mexendo de vez em quando, por 3 min. ou ate que o molho se reduza e engrosse ligeiramente e as vagens estejam tenras .&lt;br /&gt;
adicione a lagosta e o manjericão e cozinhe por 4 min. ou ate a lagosta ficar cozida .&lt;br /&gt;

Dicas :&lt;br /&gt;
Descarte o gengibre e as folhas de limão kaffir ( se as usar).&lt;br /&gt;
Tempere o Curry com sal a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;

500g de Pasta (Fettuccine / Spaghetti / Penne / Outra)&lt;br /&gt;
50g de Sal grosso&lt;br /&gt;
1 Colher de sopa de óleo&lt;br /&gt;
1 Kg de Molho Alfredo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
INGREDIENTES DO MOLHO ALFREDO:&lt;br /&gt;
720g Creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;
50g Leite em pó integral&lt;br /&gt;
200g Queijo Parmesão Ralado&lt;br /&gt;
20g Manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
10g Sal&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
MODO DE PREPARO MOLHO ALFREDO:&lt;br /&gt;
Em uma panela, junte o creme de leite e a manteiga e deixar ferver em fogo médio. Adicione em seguida o leite em pó e o sal e mexa por aproximadamente 2 minutos. Deixe ferver por mais 5 minutos em fogo médio. Ao final, acrescente o queijo parmesão ralado, deixando-o por mais 5 minutos em fogo baixo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
MODO DE PREPARO FINAL:&lt;br /&gt;
Cozinhe-a a pasta &quot;al dente&quot; em uma panela com cinco litros de água, sal grosso (colocá-lo quando a água estiver quase a ferver) e óleo (para evitar que as massas grudem uma na outra). Escorra e esfrie em água fria corrente ou gelo.&lt;br /&gt;

1 col de sopa de fermento biológico seco&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de água morna&lt;br /&gt;
1 col de sobremesa de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
600g de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara de farinha de polenta instantânea (ou fubá mimoso - não achei isso aqui, então fui de polenta instantânea branca - para justificar por que o pão ficou tão branquinho na foto)&lt;br /&gt;
Água fervendo o suficiente para fazer um mingau mole&lt;br /&gt;
2 col de sobremesa de sal&lt;br /&gt;
4 col. sopa de óleo&lt;br /&gt;
1 ovo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Comecei com o fermento. Então coloquei-o dentro de meia-xícara de água morna com 1 col. de sobremesa de açúcar. Deixei agir por 10 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Na maquina de pão, ciclo massas, coloquei a farinha de milho e fui colocando água fervendo e com a maquina ligada mexendo sem parar. O ponto é um mingau/polenta mole. Deixei esfriar um pouco e coloquei o sal, o óleo e o preparado de fermento e o ovo. Misturei tudo e fui acrescentando a farinha de trigo. Como fiz meia xícara de polenta, foi 4 xícaras de trigo, A massa é mole! Acredite da certo!! Deixei terminar o tempo do ciclo de massas mais ou menos crescer por 45 min.&lt;br /&gt;
Baixei a massa e dividi em duas fôrmas médias de pão (apenas untei com óleo). Deixei crescer novamente até que a massa chegasse à borda da fôrma 20 mim, Assei por 50 minutos em 200ºC.&lt;br /&gt;

Modo de preparo&lt;br /&gt;
Comece pelo recheio; em uma panela doure o alho e o pimentão no azeite, coloque a cebola e o restante dos ingredientes. Cozinhe até que os  itens fiquem macios e reserve. Para a cobertura coloque em um pilão o sal junto com o alecrim e soque até moer bem. Reserve. Para o fermento especial coloque todos os ingredientes em uma vasilha, misture bem e deixe fermentar por 1 hora coberto com filme plástico. Depois desse tempo coloque o fermento em uma vasilha junto com os ingredientes da massa e misture até ficar homogêneo. Então sove muito bem para que a malha de glúten se desenvolva. Deixe fermentar por 1 hora.&lt;br /&gt;
Abra a massa em formato retangular, distribua a mistura de sal e alecrim por cima. Com os dedos aperte a massa para que fiquem marcas profundas e leve ao forno quente (180º) por aproximadamente 40 minutos ou até que fique bem dourado. Tire do forno, desenforme, coloque o recheio reservado por cima e sirva.&lt;br /&gt;

Bata bem a manteiga com o açúcar na batedeira até obter um creme esbranquiçado. Coloque os ovos um a um, a essência de baunilha os leites, a farinha, o fermento , misture e reserve metade desta massa em outra vasilha. Em uma metade da massa, vamos transformar em frapê, para isso coloque o coco, misture e reserve. Para a outra metade coloque o cacau em pó, misture e reserve. Então coloque a massa frapê dentro de uma fôrma para bolo retangular, derrame por cima e com o auxilio de uma espátula a massa de cacau. Leve ao forno quente (180º) por aproximadamente 50 minutos ou até que esteja bem assado. Tire do forno, desenforme depois de morno e regue com o chocolate derretido e decorado com as cerejas.&lt;br /&gt;

Para a Massa:&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque todos os ingredientes em uma vasilha e misture com as mãos até que fique uma massa homogênea. Envolva em filme plástico e deixe repousar por 30  minutos. Na sequência passe a massa por um cilindro até que fique muito fina. Corte em pedaços regulares e cozinhe em água quente por 3 minutos. Escorra, pincele óleo de milho e reserve sobre uma placa envolta em filme plástico para não grudar. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para o Creme:&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque todos os itens em uma panela e misture com um foue vigorosamente e cozinhe em fogo moderado até que fique espesso e liso. Reserve com uma película de filme plástico sobre o creme na panela, em especial em contato com o creme para evitar o acúmulo de gotículas de água, impróprios para essa preparação.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para a Geleia:&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque todos os itens em uma pequena panela e cozinhe em fogo moderado até que vire uma geleia. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para a Ganache:&lt;br /&gt;
Aqueça o creme de leite em fogo moderado e depois de aquecer bem coloque o chocolate. Misture até derreter e reserve. Monte sua lasanha, em uma travessa quadrada intercale a massa com o creme e a geleia de modo que fique alta e estruturada. Leve para a geladeira por 2 horas para firmar, retire e cubra com a ganache. Polvilhe o chocolate em pó e sirva.&lt;br /&gt;

Para a massa coloque todos os ingredientes pela ordem em uma vasilha, com exceção da aveia e misture sem parar até que você obtenha uma massa homogênea e lisa. Então coloque a aveia, misture para incorporá-las á massa, modele em formato de uma baguete, pincele água em cima da massa, espalhe a aveia da cobertura por cima, aperte bem com as mãos para firmar e transfira para uma assadeira untada e enfarinhada para fermentar por 2 horas ou até que a massa atinja a altura da borda da assadeira. Leve ao forno quente (200º) por 20 minutos e em seguida termine de assar a (160º) por mais 30 minutos ou até que esteja bem assado. Tire do forno, desenforme e sirva.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredientes&lt;br&gt;
500g de espaguete cozido AL dente&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Molho:&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
½ kg de carne moída (patinho) &lt;br&gt;
3 colheres (sopa) de azeite &lt;br&gt;
1 cebola picada &lt;br&gt;
3 dentes de alho &lt;br&gt;
300g de molho de tomate &lt;br&gt;
½ colher (café) de canela em pó &lt;br&gt;
Noz moscada a gosto &lt;br&gt;
1 pitada de açúcar &lt;br&gt;
Sal a gosto&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Cobertura:&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga &lt;br&gt;
2 colheres (sopa) de farinha de trigo &lt;br&gt;
½ litro de leite &lt;br&gt;
Sal a gosto&lt;br&gt;
100ml de iogurte natural &lt;br&gt;
100g de queijo parmesão ralado &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Modo de preparo&lt;br&gt;
Coloque o macarrão cozido em um refratário untado com azeite e reserve.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Molho:&lt;br&gt;
Aqueça uma panela média e acrescente o azeite, em seguida coloque a carne e deixe dourar. Coloque a cebola, o alho e doure mais um pouco. Acrescente o resto dos ingredientes e deixe apurar bem e reserve.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Cobertura:&lt;br&gt;
Coloque a manteiga e a farinha em uma panela e deixar dourar um pouco. Acrescente o leite e com o auxílio de um foue, mexa bem até ficar bem espesso. Acrescente o resto dos ingredientes e reserve.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Montagem:&lt;br&gt;
Coloque o molho no macarrão que estava na travessa sem mexer. Em seguida coloque o molho branco e as lascas de parmesão ralado e leve ao forno para gratinar.&lt;br&gt;
