This week we're being sponsored by Inky Impressions Rubber Stamps and it was the lovely Marion's turn to design the sketch. Here is my card:

Swirly backing card is from  Kanban and red paper is from Papermania. Embossing folder is Stars from Crafts Too. Card is finished with a bow, sentiment and stars from my stash.

Pop over to the challenge blog to see the sketch for yourself and enjoy the delightful cards my team mates have produced.

Crafting for all Seasons #8 Bingo

Another two weeks flown by so it's time for a new challenge at CFAS and this time we're playing bingo, just choose any three elements in a straight line to use on your project and don't forget to tell us which line you used. We're being sponsored by The Stamping Boutique this time and half the DT are using their images, the rest of us are showcasing gorgeous free images from Sliejkes Stamps.

I've used image 85 "Girl with Teddy Bear" for my card and coloured it with promarkers then mounted it with foam pads. The gold metallic frame is filled with polished stone BP both from Crafty Ann's digi shop, the frame is from the brand new metallics range and as a special promotion throughout August and September it's buy one get one free. Backing paper is from Prima and the card is finished with a bow, stitched button (rescued from a sock belonging my DD), an embossed corner die cut, a tag and some pearls.
My line buttons, embossing and ribbons or buttons, die cuts and tag.

21st Birthday

Over in Limette - land this week we've been asked for a one layer card and to use a frame - great thought I as I'd just downloaded a freebie digi frame, ideal to use. Whilst looking for an image to fill the frame I came across this little skate boy and remembered I still needed another birthday card for no 1 son whose 21st it'll be on Wednesday so thought I'd better make it first. This is how it turned out:

The image is a freebie from Sliekjes Stamps and has been coloured with promarkers. The sentiment has been done in Publisher using wordart and I've left it uncoloured to try to keep the card clean and simple (hope this counts as a frame!).

Challenges entered:
Less is More - olc in the frame
Paper Play Challenges - Fathers day/Man's Card
CCEE - sports theme
Saturday Challenge - male card
Little Claires - cards for men
