1。负责指导及培训工程师团队进行日常运行并且监管质检系统2。建立，维护并改进质检系统，程序，监控计划3。配合工程师使新产品的研发更加顺畅，控制设计修改，产品及进程的期限等4。建立产品及原料的规格，为工程师提供支持，并确保相关各方的协同一致（客户，生产，工程及供应商）5。管理日常进程的审核，为确保符合ISO要求，提升系统，提出合理化方案6。建立，发展充足的质检信息系统7。建立适当地质量及成本改进项目来为公司项目提供支持l。 Responsible for directing/coaching engineers team to ensure daily operation and administration of Quality Assurance system2。 Establish, maintain, and improve quality control systems, procedures ＆ inspection control plans。 3。 Cooperate with QE function to smoothen the new product introduction programs, conducts activities like design review, product / process validation, etc。4。 Provide support to QC engineering by develop material ＆ product specification and ensure conformance by all concerned parties （Customer/Production / Engineering / Supplier）。5。 Organize regular process audit and recommend corrective actions for system enhancement to ensure compliance to ISO requirements。6。 Buildup / develop sufficient QC information system。 7。 Develop appropriate quality and cost improvement projects to support company wide program。
